Food is amazing! Never have I had a complaint with any of it’s food or service. All the employees are really nice and helpful with everything. Often people go in asking for directions and they always help them out and get them to where they need to go.

needs new employees ASAP it used to be a nice location but now my subs are always cold, toasted or not, the two employees there have no regard for any sort of sanitation, not wearing gloves or hairnets, the one man had his pants around his ankles basically, they were out of stock of almost everything and despite me being the only one in the store it took them over 20 mins to complete my order, with multiple trips to the back to talk , and throwing the containers they keep the food in on the floor. the online ordering isn’t much better i’ve tried ordering multiple times but everytime it becomes cancelled , usually after 40 minutes not even right away. this place has really lost it’s magic.

Actually pretty disappointed with my lunch today. I ordered it toasted and it came cold, supposed to come with provolone I even added extra and there was no cheese, asked for dressing and it didn’t come with it. I tried calling the store multiple times and each time they hung up on me. I will never be back and I strongly do not recommend this location

Made an online order today. When I got home the sandwich I ordered looked as if it had been cut in half by a chain saw. The staff seemed friendly but I didn’t stick around too much to find out for sure. Seems like they spend a lot of time in the back though because I waited for a good while with an empty store front to pick up my food.

The manager could not be more rude. I told her my order and she snapped, “I know, I heard you.” obviously she did not hear me because she got both of my subs wrong. I have heard her be rude to the other employees too. She completed my order and she finished making two other customer’s subs in line behind me instead of checking me out. Not a big deal but I only get so much time for lunch. I will not be going back there.

I went into subway today with 5 orders for myself and coworkers (we all paid separately) and the staff was amazing! They were fast, friendly, and every order was perfect! Officially my favorite lunch spot now…. Did I mention the food was amazing and fresh!

We weren’t greeted when we entered the store, and it took a few minutes for someone to come and help us. The music choice wasn’t very family-friendly either (expletives were in a handful of the songs), but the food was great (can’t mess up a steak and cheese on Italian herb and cheese…yum!) and everything was clean. Employees were wearing appropriate PPE and dine-in was allowed with 50% limited seating.

Sub was burned bad. Was left in oven for long period even after time went off. Asked them to make a new one. The guy flipped the sub upside down and dumped the balls into new bun. So sauceless balls in a bun. Put back in oven and pulled it out on time this time. I asked for sauce and cheese. He put it in a container for me to add at home. Contacted subway and said sorry we did not meet your expectations. This location is bad and the corporate response was very poor. Was better under the old management. New management really really bad.

This subway is absolute garbage. Not the food itself, or the employees. But the General Manager? YUCK. Rudest general manager I have ever spoken to or witnessed in my life. The way i’ve heard her speak to her employees as if they are mules, disgusting. Go to the other subways, you won’t waste your time then 🙂
