If I could give less than 1, I would…..I gave this Subway a second chance and got the short end of the stick again. I went in today to order my sub (I go there twice every week) for my son’s lunch. There were no signs that it was BOGO so I assumed they weren’t doing it anymore, just to find out that they indeed are BOGO every Tuesday. I asked if I could still get my free sub and the manager said nope, I can’t redo the sale. Last time I go there…..I’m not giving a third strike!!

Jamie, the GM, is one of the nicest and most professional service workers I’ve ever met. Every time I walk in, I get a warm greeting and she always asks how my day is. She’s easy to talk to, and she makes the best sandwiches for me. The rest of the workers are so polite and they’re always willing to talk. I would always recommend this Subway. Love them!!

if I could give zero stars, I would. tried to order online at 8:30, put my entire order on there and when I went to check out, it said they weren’t accepting orders online so then I proceeded to call and it rang and rang and rang….says they’re open till 9 yet no one answered the phone, so when I arrived at Subway on my way home to place my order in person at 8:45 PM they had the doors locked yet, says on their door they are open till 9. will be calling in the morning to complain to the supervisor of this location.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I stood in line for 15 minutes. When I get to the counter, the woman asks me what I want. I start to order and someone else walks in and said he had an online order. She stops my order to make his. I walked out. I will never order Subway again. The Garden Room in Leechburg has better sandwiches and better customer service.
