Where to begin. Well for starters this will be time number 5 that I’ve placed an order for my lunch break. Walk in and still have to wait over 25 mins for my order. What’s the point of setting a time in the app if you can’t even follow it. Give them an hour to have it ready by a set time and shocker not ready. 3 of the 5 the times they are out of the bread you ordered or no spinach, tomatoes, pickles, onion, banana peppers and so on. No phone call just wait for that person to show up to ask hey do you want another kind of bread just go ahead and sit for 30 mins while i take care of customers who walked in after you. This has got to be the worst subway I’ve ever set foot in and this will be the last time I set foot in a food chain that not only messes up the times for the orders but I think 1 out of every 10 times I may have actually gotten the correct sub. Always messed up and sloppy as all get out. If I could give a negative star to this location I would. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I recently worked here now just so everyone knows that the same people own both of the subways here in Warren. They own 3 more as well in Bradford and Kane. This was the absolute worst place I have ever worked! I have never worked somewhere that when someone pulls a no call no show that absolutely nothing is done about it!! If you’re a hard worker and take your job seriously don’t even apply. The Walmart one is just a complete disaster I mean it’s gross the employees don’t clean anything the way it’s supposed done. The so called Manager at the Walmart one has stolen from customers before and was caught but she still has a job there ??! I think that’s just insane!! The owners just don’t care what goes on as long as they get there money.

Food was great, but a little pricey spending 14.90 on a 6in sub a small fountain drink and 6 cookies. The service was smooth and fast, and the cookies are the best soft and delicious.

Ordered through their app while having covid. Door dash didn’t deliver it and instead dropped off an order from little Caesars. I called subway and they refused to help or refund called door dash and they couldn’t help at all because they didn’t have the receipt or payment info because it was on subways app.

This particular subway was managed by an overworked and incredibly rude woman. She stole 80$ from me. When I came back to the store and showed her the mistake she was incredibly rude but eventually said she fixed her mistake. After 3 days I noticed she never put the refund through. I contacted the owner who refused to make it right and give me the money they stole from me back. This subway is owned and run by pure trash. I visit the area frequently and I will NEVER be a patron to this business and this owner. Anyone I know who visits this area should and will know of this screw the customer over they are never right mentality. Disgusting.

Ordered three subs online. I usually have no problems maybe just not done when said to be done but this time was bad. The Italian bread was so dry and hard it just broke apart when the kids tried to eat it they couldn’t eat it at all. One of the tuna subs we asked for salt and pepper on it and it was inedible it was like a salt lick. If I would have had time to run these subs back I would have. Give your employees some training on how things should be and not stand outside all the time smoking it makes the business look bad. They seem to just not care anymore.

I typically try not to leave bad reviews but this is the absolute worst restaurant I have ever seen….and I go to restaurants alot. It has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE you will ever see. As a frequent visitor there, I have seen customers ignored, not greeted, wait for long periods of time, and much more. They are out of chips out front and will not fill the soda coolers for days at a time. If you need something not in the cooler, they will bring it up warm from the back of the store…and then still not refill it. Yesterday, I overheard employees talking about their experiences being on probation while making a customers order. The owner cannot care about their business to allow this to continue. They should lose their Subway franchise license. If in Warren, take the five minute drive up to the Subway in Walmart for a much better experience. If a company was making a training video on what to do wrong, this woould be the place to record the video. The only thing consistent about this place is being consistently TERRIBLE.

I’m not sure who the manager is , or the owner both failing miserably. I see workers out back smoking everyday. I went in today and had a simple order, 3 young kids ignored me. Flies bussing around. Mustard covered knife. Filthy prep area this is embarrassing. If I was the manager I would fire everyone and start over.
