Clean Subway restaurant with nice employees. Good food and neat. Got the 6” turkey and cheese sub, sandwich only…no combo. The food was prepared fast. They also have an Exxon gas station here in case you need to fill up. On-site is also a variety of coffee machines and slushee machines.

The store was clean, Unlike most subways Felton subway did have knats flying around the meats and vegys.Customer service is taken very seriously and each individual customer feels important .They always make sub’s fast and the sub’s are done right every time. I recommend going to the Felton subway.

We were heading back from a trip and were all sick of the typical fast food but didn’t have a lot of money left. We were all pretty hungry at this point but wanted to get home so we wanted something quick as well. When we saw a Subway, we all yelled out YES! Perfect solution…NO MORE burgers and fries! We went in and the place was spotless. A very nice gentleman took our order almost immediately. We talked about our vacation while he prepared our food and before we knew it, our subs were ready! I felt really bad because I had very little to leave as a tip but he was very gracious about it. We devoured the food and were out the door pretty quickly.

Want to Subway last night to purchase four subs I for having previous issues with myself being incorrect and be in charge for double me I spoke to the manager and a manager wrote my name and number down and inform everybody and when I come in to make this up with double meat and it was free and it was on them that was the first issue but I also get gas every time set our gas pumps were not working correctly and the gas had overflowed because it was not stopping automatically like it should when your vehicle is full so gas ran all on the ground it was all over the place so I had to tell the story about that the lady came outside the manager looked at it seem to gas it was like I’ll put cat litter out but when it’s over a gallon of gas you’re technically supposed to contact the fire department and that was not done so I spoke to another manager at another gas station the new them and explain to me that she felt like I should call the corporate not wanting to get anyone in trouble I decided that I would just talk to the manager because my gas and ran all on the ground spoke to the manager she gave me partial of the money back which was fine cuz that was probably about right with her fell on the ground went back to the store and the girl was like oh I was told that I don’t have to serve anybody that I don’t want to serve I said can you tell me why you don’t want to serve me she said well the manager says that if I don’t want to serve anybody I don’t have to and she told me I don’t have to serve you I said what did I do to make you not want to serve me she said nothing I said I did nothing wrong and you don’t want to serve me I said is it because I’m a black lady she said I just don’t want to serve you I said it doesn’t make any sense I said the only difference between me and you it said I’m black and you’re Caucasian I said fine then don’t serve me are you at least going to serve these children that are here that also here to buy subs I had three special need children that are also bring to Subway as a community Day out she look want to the other lady and came back and said no we’re not going to serve them either I said what crime did these children commit I said or is it because they are also African American children this race thing is getting ridiculous so finally I call another store and they in for me to get the names of the people that will work in and that they were going forward this information to the corporate and file official complaint because you’re not allowed to refuse service to someone because of their color and if you do refuse service you have to have a legitimate reason and there was none while I was on the phone with them they were able to hear the whole conversation and felt that the store people were very disrespectful finally one of the girls were like she comes in here everyday and she orders all the time I’ll make the subs she made the subs out of guilt because she know that they were wrong she also called another managerbecause I had contact out the stores to seebecause I had contact put the stores to see if you’re allowed to deny a customer just because the way of the look. I’m very disappointed with Subway I cannot believe what had happened I don’t think people like that should be working and I’m waiting to see what this manager is planning on doing

Though the service was friendly, it took her 35 minutes to make my two 6 inch subs. She took an additional 15 minutes debating whether a BMT or Spicy Italian was a regular Italian. She may the job way more complicated than it needed to be. I will never go back.

Every once in a while I will walk in to have the night shift make me a sub and or I’ll do a phone order and the night shift crew does a fantastic job when I pick up my order. And the staff is very nice. Keep up the great work
