Don’t eat here. They got blood all over my food. Went to turn to leave store, over heard guy say he cut his hand to another worker…..didnt think anything of it. Went to get my keys from my pocket .Had blood on my hand. Wasn’t my blood. Noticed blood on the subway bag. Took food out of bag, blood on the food wrapper/box. Didn’t even want to check the actual food itself. I just threw it on the ground. Disgusting. Walked next door to Giant washed my hands, got hand sanitizer. Subway closed by time I got back. Took pictures and left the food. Called the store and left messages…..no help, called and emailed corporate…..no help. Never eating Subway again. Any Subway for the fact that they would allow stuff like this to happen at one of their restaurants.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My brother in law went in to pick up his mobile order. Upon arriving, he showed the screenshots of the order # and order info. The guy who we believe is the franchise owner starts yelling saying that he needs proof of a bank statement that he paid for this order. Why should he have to show his personal bank statements to a random guy in Subway for a $10 transaction? My brother in law got upset stating to just search up the order # and it should be under my sister’s name. The owner refused and started accusing him of “wanting a free sandwich” and making accusations and statements such as “I bet if you show me your account there would be no charge on it” it was literally 15 minutes of this going on back and forth. My brother had to intervene for them to finally make the sandwich. The younger Hispanic lady who works for him was also being an instigator as well. Very unprofessional and rude. The quality of this subway has gone down hill for a while but after this experience we will never be returning. These people just want to cut corners and rob you of every penny they possibly can while accusing you of stealing. Absolutely unacceptable.

I walk in to get a sub, but first I need to use the restroom. A man was yelling at me and I go back to the bathroom, and yelling in some words tells me you paid you use bathroom, he yelled so I didn’t understand the first 2x, hands me some disgusting key, only 1 bathroom(the womens says employees only) it’s absolutely disgusting. I hand the key back to the girl upfront and I’m sorry…… but she didn’t wash your hands before grabbing A RESTROOM KEY from someone!!!!!! Ewwwwwww! She’s touching all over those thin gloves she put on, and obviously on top of that him yelling at me for going to the bathroom first, everyone in the restaurant was staring at me. The girl had an attitude. People need to stop supporting these trash privately owned chains. … they do what they want and get away with it way toomich. And stop yelling at people in your foreign language, ENGLISH is used in the states. Especially when i respond to you in english. I haven’t been to subway in a minute but tell me why a mediocre 6 inch steak and cheese cost 10$…..10$ and the girl upfront doesn’t even have enough common sense to wash her hands before touching all over some thin plastic gloves……..

Closes 30 minutes early. Won’t make bread in the last 2 hours of being open as to not inconvenience the employees when closing up early. Don’t waste your time, horrible location. They went out of business last year hopefully they will again soon.

Kind of rude! I was dining they did not gave me any tray. Only took the foot long. Didn’t took anything else , while she ask so you want any chips or drink I said know. They were laughing and talking in their language. I understand their language a little bit, I am not cheap just health conscious.

Okay for a chain eatery. First time back after their “refresh” and they added some nice looking variety. Not the optimum layout in this store with the chips along the wall opposite the register. Our bag didn’t have napkins in it, nor were there any out for the taking anywhere in the store.

I usually have a good experience with this Subway but lately their bread has been over baked. Still a good sub, just a mess maker from the crunchiness of the bread! Staff are friendly and bilingual. They have restroom and are located in a busy shopping center.

Good luck on hygiene in this store. The employees did not want to change gloves they had everyone all packed in together (I dont think they’ve heard about the coronavirus and social distancing) the guy tried to give me cookies with NO GLOVES ON!!!EWWWWWW. The tomatoes were covered in mayo.(hope no one is allergic to mayo like me luckily I skipped those) it was disgusting absolutely disgusting will never return.

Ordered a Sandwich with drinks and a cookie and didn’t receive the drinks or cookie, once I noticed this I called them to try and get refunded for my items they forgot. The girl on the phone told me she didn’t know how to process a refund, and when i asked to speak with someone who did know how to process it she told me she didn’t know how to do that either.

I went in today to pick up an online order and to also create my own sub, a spanish young man and a middle eastern older lady made side jokes on what I was ordering and the lady turns to the man and tells him ‘look, she’s going to order ranch’ as if it’s funny. RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME!! and for the man to say Oh my God when I asked for mayo! I’m never coming here ever again! You guys think saying remarks on people’s order is funny but it’s completely rude and unprofessional!!
