Ordered the BOGO 50% off deal they’re running right now on one of the new subs, the “Outlaw” . What a disappointment. As you can see in the picture it was sad as hell, the meat tasted like day old dog meat, “Baja” ranch was gross tasting and my wife and I left feeling worse for the ware after eating it. The saddest part was the price. The total for two of these weak footlongs was $17 and some change. Our favorite Thai food comes to $24 for two entrees, so having these dog meat subs come even close in price is egregious. Subway should be ashamed.

Indian woman is rude to me. I come there multiple times for break. Had a co worker with me, she got something added which is extra. Didn’t vocally tell her it was. When it’s my turn, tells me it’s extra with rude tone. Won’t be returning!!!!

Quality of customer service has been down hill! Bring the two original ladies back! Manager Ariella was very rude to me. I understand how frustrating the food industry can be but don’t take it out on customers. Been coming here for 5 years! Like Pizza Hut, it’s a wrap for Subway for me! 6 dollars for a 6 inch no combo is ridiculous anyways. The beginning of the end at Subway! Hate to see you guys go.

I was rushing after my workout and got there 3 min before they closed last night. The lady was polite and quick and kept it clean. She didn’t have to serve me as she was putting some of the food away she saw me and put it back in place and kept it professional. Unfortunately this subway doesn’t let you leave tips on the cc machine like other stores because she would of gotten a big one.

So frustrated and likely due to being INSANELY HANGRY! Ordered curbside pickup. Got an email to park in spot 7? No spot 7. The sign for curbside was at the front door. No one came to the curb so I went inside (already annoyed). I said I ordered curbside pickup. Without a word I was handed a footlong, drink and chips. I assumed it was mine since NO ONE else is in the store. NO LINE. Not overwhelmed…. When I finally got home to eat I realized what happened. I was handed a sandwich that was made 2 hours prior, a chicken teriyaki, when I ordered a ham and cheese. SO MAD and STILL HUNGRY!

The owner and the manager do not treat the employees with respect. My niece went to apply a year ago and the energy and rude response she received made her turn right back around. My daughter worked for about a week, and we had a family emergency. She could not get a hold of the manager to let him know for 2 days. When she finally did he told her as long as her shift was covered she’ll be fine. When we arrived back a couple of days later she saw her name crossed out, and she called him. He told her that last minute call outs were subject to her being fired as if he’d forgotten the conversation about the coverage. As if he did not see her blowing up his phone for 2 days straight. May I add that she was unclear on whether or not she was even on the schedule since it’s done last minute. We had to ask a current employee to text us a copy! Was I supposed to leave her at home alone for those days? Does subway not have a grievance policy? He was so rude to her and this is her first job experience! I contacted the owner who stated he’d look into it and never got back to me. He made multiple excuses as to “why” the manager may have been rude stating he also had a family emergency. At this point I want her to find a place where she can work in a good work environment where there’s respect and clear communication, so we’re okay for her not to be there , but I still had to share as I was told by my daughter that all of the other employees are extremely unhappy with their poor treatment; hence, their high turnover. As a former subway customer it saddens me to see how anyone can just own this franchise, but not be committed to excellence through employee engagement, good leadership, and communication which ultimately leads to great customer service. I’ll end it to say I was waiting for my daughter to finalize her business with them and I tried to order a 6 inch spicy Italian and the older lady behind the counter could not get my order straight. I finally gave up after telling her 3 times I wanted 6 inch not a foot-long and walked out without anything. I can’t say I’ll ever go back to that subway and I’ll definitely share our story to all I can as someone else we’re acquainted with unfortunately still works there and has to suffer this treatment. So disappointing…

I had an issue with a mobile order. The employee I dealt with was rude, hung up on me twice, and refused to take the time to try and assist me. I went to another subway where the employees there attempted to call this location to help resolve the issue. One of the employees tried to explain how to fix the issue over the phone but they refused to listen and hung up. Not the best customer experience but thankful for the other locations employees for trying to help resolve the issue.
