Just picked up my online order and they shorted me half a sub. I asked what that extra half one was and she blew me off. I even told her it might belong to someone elses order. I thought something extra got put in there, I tried to give it back, no, so I left. Then realizing when I’m unpacking and plating for 6 she gave me a 6″ instead of the 12″ I ordered & paid for. Only one sub was on the type of roll asked for. No one answers the phone to be able to rectify the issue. And the subs were soggy & sloppy gross. Will never go again, I will make my own from now on.

This subway deserves all the stars. They were polite and listened to my exact order. There was a younger gentleman who was a little slow but he was learning/training. He was one of the best subway employees I have been around. I did not get his name but I should have. This restaurant also has a sign on the door to please wear a mask. I found this extremely helpful because it helps keep everyone safe.

worst experience with subway. ordered a 6 inche meatball sub for my daughter and i got a 12inch baja sub for my husband. recieved them alll wrong, the bread,the size,non toasted no chips bothing in the order was right. i called the store 10 times no answer filed complaint with corporate no answer. no refund nothing.

Normally really good food. Was really put off by the girls telling us we had to wear a mask. So we went to the one on Eastern Ave across from the landing strip. Good good, people friendly. Recommend going there instead.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE & PREPAY FROM THIS SUBWAY. They (short white lady) will act like they didn’t receive your order and ignore your receipts/transaction id which will prove they are paid. Order a lot from my local Subway and with this pandemic I had to order from this one for the first time, just a complete opposite experience than I’m used to… Never again! Good thing that wasn’t my last bit of money.

Good deal on subs. 3 for $18. The raspberry lemon cookies are delicious! I gave it 4 stars because, if I were the guy behind me in line, I would not have been very happy. It took some time to make my 3 whole subs and there was only one person behind the counter and he was making my food.

Worked there for a little so I feel like I have a decent understand of what the place is like from more than a customers perspective. There is a lot of favoritism and poor management provided from the head manager. She’s loud and scary at times and hard to talk to. She makes it seem like walking on eggshells. Employees are typically always in a bad mood cause they don’t get any hours and not a dolor over minimum wage. Also Heard stories of her (manager) cursing out customers on MANY occasions. Dont know why she runs the place honestly. Best part about it was working with my mans Anthony he knows what he’s doing up there, he was the assistant manger at the time and he’s a nice honest guy he should run the place things would go smoother. but other than that the place is decent food was always great.
