Ordered online, got there and the guy said he never got the order because we used a coupon. Drove to our hotel 25 minutes away and the online app said our food was ready. Tried calling 30 times and nobody picked up. At one point the phone was off. Drove back to subway guy was sitting behind counter with headphones in. Asked him when our refund would be he said in a few minutes. It’s been weeks they took the money from my account never refunded. Still trying calling the store and nobody picks up. Corporate never answered my email or phone calls. So basically got robbed by Subway. 🙁

This location is in the Berlin Walmart. Only one person working, was kinda slow but my daughter said it was the best subway sub she has ever had. Was so glad you all had an ice machine and that it was not out of order.

Right off the bat the veggies at this location is totally different than any one I’ve ever been to. Everything looked very unfresh and unappealing! Employee was on the unfriendly side, didn’t bother to cut my foot long in half or give me napkins in my to go bag. Where is the quality insurance at this place??

Bad bread! Subway bread used to be mixed in-store but is now made off-site in large scale food processing facilities. Bread is delivered to the store on a weekly or bi-weekly basis as frozen breadsticks! The bread is then thawed, proofed, and baked in-store at least twice a day and now it tastes like cardboard! You do not want to eat this! Garbage… Look at the pic!
