Went in this evening and ordered the Turkey cali club. I asked for it to come with all the toppings in the description. At check out, the clerk quoted me one price but the price on the card scanner was $5 higher than he said. I didn’t say anything and left. After looking at the receipt, he had added the $5 tip for himself without saying anything to me about it. After opening my sub, I realized they did not put the avocado on the sub which is an additional cost. VERY upset with the experience I had tonight.

They almost never get my order right when I order online, they wouldn’t take coupons we received in mail (we live 1 block away) and just said “the store doesn’t take them” instead of explaining why, like “oh this doesn’t apply to this sandwich”.

Spotless store, great staff, and manager pulled together a wonderful fresh catering tray at a moments notice. Highly recommend!!

The people that run this place are very stingy. You don’t get the portion size you actually pay for. What you really get is half of the portion size you actually paid for. I paid for a full scoop of steak and they continuously gave me half of the serving size I paid for. I finally told them about the serving size which is a full scoop, the Indian lady told me “You have to pay extra”. The same thing goes serving size-wise with greens and even napkins. I got one single napkin. I have never come back to this subway. I rather drive the extra miles to get to another subway where you actually get what you pay for.

Don’t online order. Every time they try to tell you their system ain’t working. So why not call HQ and tell them take you off the list. I arrived when my food was supposed to be ready and the lady said the order doesn’t come thru. After the conversation there were 4 people in line before me and rather than helping someone who ordered 25 minutes prior and apologizing for their system error, she had me wait in line. I asked to cancel my food since I had to be somewhere and she just moved on and she said it will cancel. I did not receive proof of cancelation so will verify if it actually was cancelled in a couple of days. In person they are usually nice, so get 3 stars.

Recently renovated, clean, and friendly staff. The new menu can be a bit challenging to interpret (I went in knowing what I wanted but had difficulty finding it on the menu board). Good food as expected from this national chain.

Used to go out of my way to go to this Subway. Food was fresh and place is clean. Just left here on 9-25-20 at 1 pm. Everyone in the store was wearing a mask except for this one individual who wouldn’t stop running his mouth, while vaping in the store. Yes, vaping. The owner wasn’t here, but neither of the employees working would tell this individual to put on a mask, even when I asked him to. There was a lady who looked to be about 8 months pregnant standing right behind this customer without a mask, but still the employees wouldn’t tell this person to leave, so I left, as did others. I’ll never go back to this place again.

Staff have always been nice to me (Hi Maria and Arsu!) and they are pretty quick too (and food tastes fresh) and I planned to do a great review and survey for them…but there have been a couple of mistakes/bad decisions: I bought a sub yesterday and toward the end of the sub there was a different taste, somewhat like a chemical. I had extreme pain and was in the bathroom for an hour approx 3 hrs after buying the meal and I hadnt ingested anything else. So, Im guessing it was a cleaning agent that dripped into one of the food containers…something like that. The other issue was that I was in line at an angle casually since I wasnt getting a sandwich per se/didnt need to see ingredients and there was only 1 purchaser ahead of me and otherwise an empty store. As I approached at an angle from the drink machine, another person entered the store. I remained behind the guy in front of me and kept moving as the line moved. Yet, the large guy (tall, looked pregnant, kind of looked like a mix of spanish and white but super ugly with bad attire and grooming) who walked in kept walking bit by bit as if to try to block me but he didnt entirely so I figured he understood and respected that I was in line. They dont hire people to stand closely behind random customers in lines..so duhh. Then when the nice cashier guy said “Yes maam” the large guy sped up and walked directly in front of me blocking me! I said “Wow that was really inconsiderate…whatever go ahead” He was like “What??” I said “I was already here before you arrived..I’ve been standing here” He said I wasnt positioned in an exact line and it was ignorant of me not to speak up. Sure, if I spoke up he probably would have gotten confrontational about THAT and I try to avoid such things. I mostly dont fault the cashier but then again he could have told the guy he had to help me first. This has happened to me multiple times in the Alexandria area – while standing exactly straight in a line – but its usually a cashier who omits me. A lot of selfish disrespectful (racist?) a-holes out here…then you get sweetie pies too…its like people trend strongly one way or the other. :/ Leaving when I can. 🙂
