My son went to get sandwiches. Two orders were fine but mine (tuna flatbread with veggies) was awful. I called to ask for a credit because the sandwich was subpar and a teenaged girl answered and just said, “sorry, thanks for calling.” I asked her for a credit and she said no and that there are no managers in but I could call back the next week. I asked if I could leave my name and number which she took but no one ever called. The flat bread was hard/stale so I had to tear it apart. The veggies were sparse…anyways, my fault for not going myself and not calling them the next Monday. Sometimes…I just like and expect good product and service. I won’t be returning to the OV Subway.

The guys working were really nice and awesome even being super busy and dealing with a customer who clearly should have made her food at home with all her extra special entitled requests like which side of the bread her sauces should be on or if her meat was warmed up in the microwave or the oven. The guys working today kept their cool and were still smiling. They are better than me! High five fellas. Food was great! Thanks.

I just got this today from here and felt the need to review it immediately due to the fact that I’m never coming back to Subway ever again. My knee is injured so I ordered delivery. Turkey Bacon Guacamole on Italian. Didn’t receive any guacamole or avocado, no cheese. Also got herbs and cheese bread, not Italian. The sandwich is SO dry. There’s a little bit of mayo on the bottom side of the bread. The bacon doesn’t taste like it was toasted along with the bread. I’ve purchased Subway plenty of times and have gotten this exact sandwich every single time. The bacon is cold and it’s like they placed it from the bin onto the sandwich after it was toasted.. The bread is crisp and falling apart from being toasted so I know if the bacon was toasted with the bread, it wouldn’t be cold. Nonexistent lettuce. Pretty much every part of this sandwich was bad. Usually I can salvage a sandwich if it’s messed up but this is completely unedible. 0/10 would not recommend. There are better sub places in Tucson.

Just ordered three feet subway at this store. The man there, who named Louis was very rude. I know that I don’t speak well English, and I understand that to order subway, I need to tell very things I want like what type of cheese, bread and so on. Not like MacDonald, there I can just tell by the number. I tried to make my order smooth. Although it took a little longer for him, but everything seemed ok. After I paid and walked to the door, he and a young lady waiting behind, started talking behind my back and both laughed at me.I’m a customer, why he can do that to me???. I didn’t go there and asked him for free food. I absolutely will not come back to this place again.

The pimply chic didn’t use any gloves to grab my veggie patty then put it in the mic for 3 minutes. I questioned the length of time and said I’ve had these before and it was never put in for that long. When I got it the sub was hard and crusty so I got my money back. Called the owner or manager from printed ticket and told him the situation and he acted as if I was wasting his time. On top of everything she didn’t give me all of my money back (should have checked) before I left so I’ll have to go pick it up on Monday.

Sorriest excuse of a sandwich shop, normally its a great experience but the kids working there were getting ready to close the store at 5:45, got my pickup order wrong, threw shredded napkins into the bag and didn’t even cut the sandwich I’m sure it’s just a one off day but it’s just disappointing.

I went to subway with a friend located on Lambert and La Canada, on Monday September 3rd around 10 am, and we brought her service dog with us inside…right away, the only employee working instantly said: YOU CAN’T HAVE YOUR DOG IN HERE!, and then she said is it a service dog?… and she was just rude to both me and my friend…I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION WITH OR WITHOUT A SERVICE ANIMAL, BECAUSE YOU WILL BE TREATED THE SAME AS MY FRIEND AND I…after the comments told to us, we went to another subway location.
