I had the most great experience at this Subway.The staff was awesome. They provided me and my mom with great customer service.She’s an older lady and a handful. And they were very patient with her as she placed her order.They made her happy and that’s a plus in my book!

Female employee wearing all black was so rude. Nice old lady being polite and saying please was treated bad. She was pushing her husband in a chair. The worker was rolling her eyes at the old lady and raising her voice. We were there ordering our food and she was short,face expression was like we were holding her up. People like that need to go get another job. Your at the hospital where people are there with their families. They’re not there to be treated badly by subway employees. If it was me being the owner or manager, she would be fired on the spot. I’ll never eat there again.

It was great, very fast pace. I was out of line in amount of mins.The women that serve me I think her name was Triecha, she is very polite and always has a smile when greeting customers. I been at this hospital for the past 3 months with my mother who had a heart transplant and I been eating subway almost every morning and she is always there. I love to watch the waterfall glass display, very relaxing.

Worker was extremely rude to me and my friend. There were fifteen people in line and sandwiches were backing up. The”bread lady” was still taking orders instead of helping others put meat, cheeses, or veggies on the sandwich. This was compounding the problem. When a gentleman in front of us said he’d wait to help alleviate the expanding line the lady rudely told him he’d have to get out of line because they’re were people behind him. When we said we’d wait also she snapped at us saying we were holding up the line. My friend said he was simply trying to decide what to order, after all we weren’t very close to the menu, she repeated her “order” to us. It’s sad when production out weighs simple politeness. This doesn’t make much sense because production was slowing down instead of picking up. In my opinion, the “bread lady” just wanted to be done so she could stand there. I know they only lost $15 in sales, but this is a everyday problem. I eat at this subway at least once every two weeks. Not anymore. You have lost a costumer.

Sandwich wonderful, perfect, delicious! I was OVERCHARGED, charged 2 different amounts back to back. Cashier said my charge didn’t go through, asked for my card a second time, ran it again, and now I realize she KEPT MY CARD along with overcharging me. BAD PHONE NUMBER ON RECEIPT …it’s just a recorded mailbox number that you can’t even leave a message, website list same number. This Subway is in a hospital where my husband had surgery…I’m caring for him and can’t drive across town to get my money and card back. SHAME ON YOU Sentara Norfolk General SUBWAY!
