giving it three stars only because I go to this location a lot, and the staff is nice. But go into the store – DO NOT USE THE APP. Because it will be the worst sub you ever got at any subway. Let me tell you about my sub today…. this was my first time doing an online order with the phone app. I did this because we were short on time and did not want to risk waiting in a long line during the lunch hour. I learned my lesson that it is actually better to go inside and through the line. At least this way, you can ask them to make it exactly like you want it. This had to be the absolute worst sub I have ever gotten at a subway in my entire life – no exaggeration. Even though you can customize the quantity of each vegetable/item in the app, my sub not only did not have the extras i requested but it did not even have some of the items listed period. I requested tomatoes but there were none. I requested extra lettuce – there was no extra, but there was not even the amount that they normally put on there. So bad. Totally disappointed. I am so upset that i spent money for something that was so bad. I even got charged for extra cheese, but there was only the normal amount.

Seems like there’s always a problem. Drive thru speaker is down and has been down for months. Sign on speaker says pull around to window. You’ll wait at the window for at minimum 10 minutes before being acknowledged or giving up and parking. Don’t order curbside, you’ll wait for your entire lunch break before realizing they set it on the pickup cart inside the building. Today my sandwich was just not good. The bread was severely undercooked & just dough. I get being understaffed, I work retail, but that doesn’t mean it’s an excuse to half way do things. Complete your tasks the full 100%, quality work over quantity….

Ordered two foot-long subs, three chips, four cookies and four drinks for curbside pick up. Arrived for curbside pick up and notified them we were there. At the time, only two customers in the store. They ignored us. After 10 minutes waiting, tried to call them. They did not answer the phone. Had to go inside. They appeared to not even know we had arrived. Order was only partially prepared despite being 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. After arriving home, we realized they had shorted us one drink and two cookies. Sandwiches were sloppy and dripping mayonnaise. Bread was not fresh. I understand why this location gets so many bad reviews online. Believe the bad reviews. They are telling the truth. Avoid this location.

This location has horrible staff. Place closes at 9pm pulled up to the drive through at 8:47 sat for a few minutes until a lady told me they were closed. Seen a customer inside so I walked inside before 9 and asked them what time they closed? They replied back with 9. I simply asked then why am I not being served it’s not 9 yet. The guy then asked me what the woman said over the intercom. Simply replied back it’s not 9 yet. The guy argued with me he wouldn’t serve me or give me managers name or corporate number. Very unimpressed, will never go back to this store.

Avoid this location!!!! Sat in the drive through for a good 7-8-10 mins and was never helped so I went in and boy do I regret that! EXTREMELY rude staff! Acted as it was a problem to take my order and had an attitude. Was not pleasant at all and will never go back to this location again! Absolute worst customer service!

The food was exactly what you’d expect of a Subway. It was fresh and delicious, and the service from the staff was great. The problem came when we used the app to place our order, which created some confusion with which store we were supposed to pick up at, and ultimately it took nearly an hour to get the problem sorted out. We are not likely to return to this particular location in the future.

Literally was the only person in line and it took over 15 minutes for me to get my food. Once I asked for some type of accommodation the person in the window was quick to say he CANT HELP ME. And that they are only team members????? And I proceeded to ask the guy well ok I’ve sat in this line and it is literally two people in the store withNO OTHER CUSTOMERS???? Nobody can’t give me a bag of chips or a cookie or ANYTHING for sitting in this line for a simple order? Yeah never coming back here. Lost a customer . First and last time ever coming here. Very rude and inconsiderate
