Sorry I did not like how I was treated at this sub way I love there food that’s why my friend go there but we had coupons and the man said no we do not let people use the subway coupons so why do they have them for if you can not use them?

This is a regular and typical subway, clean and stocked. Usually subway is really stingy with their meat and cheese so I requested extra cheese and got less than half of the stingy amount you’d get anywhere else. Not a huge deal, just irritating.

Ants everywhere! Absolutely disgusting! They were harvesting under the tables, eating the food people have dropped. This shows that the employees do not clean very often. The sandwiches were ok, but the toasted meatball burnt my tongue very badly. I think there are better places to go than here.

Church/hwy150 intersection location next to Lowes foods……worst Subway ever…..if there was a negetive star it would – × 5….since new management, my order has been wrong three times and last Monday I tried to use a $2 coupon I got in my email and the manager would not honor it, accused me of stealing his money, not his problem it didnt transfer to my app which it clearly stated “select app”even after I showd him the email. This man screamed at me all the way out the door, in front of my granddaughter and other customers. I told him he was unprofessional and would not be back.

Went to this subway at 7:40pm. The fist comment by the Subway employee was, ‘ you guys sure came at the last minute’. Then he, large individual, proceeded to take our order with grunts and sighs. Waited for ten minutes for our steak foot long, finally we received our order and it was a six inch. Explained to this employee that we ordered and paid for a foot long. He sighs again and reluctantly tells me he can remake the sandwich. I told him not to worried about it. Got home and found that were only two different toppings on the sandwich, when I asked for everything, and the subway employee left us a treat, his hair. I think he was shedding over our sandwich. Terrible, terrible experience.!!! Stay away from this subway location.

Ordered curbside pickup online. App said the order was finished but the person picking it up for me waited in parking lot for an extra 10 minutes after clicking the “I’m here” button. Called the place several times to check on status but no one answered. My partner knocked on the door and they told him the bread was cooking and it would take a while (despite the “finished” status on the app and no notifications via the app or phone). Waited 20 more minutes (extra 30 minutes total). Partner finally got home and we opened the bag and the sandwiches that were supposed to be toasted weren’t and all the sandwiches were soggy. Then discovered that the cookies I ordered weren’t in the bag. I also want to note they weren’t busy, so not sure why there were problems at every step. Highly disappointed.

Very very very very very very rude staff! …walked in to the two employees chatting with eachother I went straight to the bathroom and came back out and stood there and waited while she emptied the cambros under the line…and then continued to wash her hands very slowly and then told me she couldn’t serve me because I have copd and cannot wear a mask…she had a mask on as well as social distances so I decided to go to papa john’s where they happily and safely served me. Heads up whoever is traveling and decides to stop at this subway very rude employees who don’t care about their job!

Just left the drive thru. Ordered 2 12 inch deluxe meatball subs on white, toasted, no cheese with 2 large drinks. Paid $21+. There were only 8 meatballs on each sub. That’s NOT DELUXE meat. Subs were barely toasted. My drinks were not the correct size either and the soda is extremely diluted to almost no flavor at all. When I called to inquire about the order, no one answered. The staff was less than pleasant and not on any level a positive customer pleasing attitude. Will not be visiting this establishment again and would not recommend it. Complete lack of concern for a correct order or pleased client.

I worked at subway for 6 years so I know the ins and outs of the business. I know how much things are and how clean things should be. I have been here 5-6 times and every time I have had an amazingly awful experience! I kept trying to give it a chance but they royally mess everything up every time. The past 4 times they find some way to upcharge me for something. They charged me 10$ for a wrap with 3 pieces of bacon on it and some veggies. The employees are tremendously rude! One time I stood in line waiting for the only one there to get off of their cell phone (which was about 6 minutes) to take my order. The food was old and the place was not clean. I am surprised the health inspector doesn’t do something about it. There is a lot more but I am vowing never to go back and I am not wasting my time anymore writing this.
