This was the nastiest subway or any restaurant that I’ve ever been in! First, the bathrooms looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in days. Hair everywhere, toilet paper balls all over the floor, dirty toilet and sink. The young man working behind the counter had the old school Justin Bieber hair with NO net covering it up. And then he was wearing pajama pants!! Super slow and felt like he was stoned out of his mind because he didn’t comprehend anything I was saying. I am in the area often doing deliveries but will absolutely not be visiting here again. And reading other reviews I’m not the only one feeling this place is pretty bad

I am so disappointed because I’ve gone to this subway many times. The female manager is almost always the only one working during lunch when it gets slammed! Today I did curbside pick up and an older gentleman brought my sub out but was missing my chips and drink. He said “ma’am you need to go inside and get those yourself.” Um. What? That’s the customer service for curbside pick up? So I go inside and try to explain how there’s no point to doing curbside if I need to go in and get my drink and chips. Literally makes no sense. He said “how am I supposed to know what you want to drink?” I said “it’s here listed on the receipt!” I felt like I was in a twilight zone because I am not the kind of customer to complain. He then goes “well I’m supposed to be on vacation anyways, that’s the manager,” as he pointed to the only woman in there and then walked to the back. So my suggestion for the store was don’t offer curbside if you can’t accommodate your customers with this service AND use good customer service?! This guy was so rude. The manager explained he doesn’t normally work at that store, so obviously they were short. But jeez. That shouldn’t be my problem. I would give only one star but that manager is always so nice and works really hard. She deserves more. Also the sanitation rating is currently 77 (C) so that’s upsetting. Will not be going here again because of today.

I used to love Subway and have gone to the one on Governor’s Drive for many years. We had a bad experience a few months back so my husband and I quit going but decided to give them another try today. It was the worst I have ever had. They got our order completely wrong and I could not even eat the salad. It was a buffalo chicken salad and had lots of meat, but it was drowned in the sauce and had hardly any veggies in it. it only had spinach, no lettuce, and no ranch dressing. My husband couldn’t finish his sandwich either. I doubt i will ever go back.

Young child working who had no idea what he was doing. Small child of the workers sitting in a booth with a bucket of cheese balls. Rating of 79 displayed on the wall. Worker was wearing a oversized sweatshirt and knit hat and had sweat pouring off of him. Second work r in the back room who told me they did not have a subway melt until I told him what was on it. I was starving and I am just hoping I don’t get sick from this sub.

The staff has recently changed they are slow too slow to wait yesterday I walked out today I tried again I waited 30 minutes in a line of 3. They were out of my favorite bread. I had a substitute bread which was not fully cooked. I didn’t realize it until I got home. I went ahead and ate it and it made my stomach hurt. They were out of three different vegetables… And they were out of two different in the dispenser.

While I understand delayed opens due to Covid right now, it is sad to show up for lunch and have the prep employee tell you the store is not open at even the delayed time. He went on to say he doesn’t work the counter and that the store would not be open until the next employee arrived who was supposed to be the managers daughter. After standing around waiting on the store to open for going on 30 minutes I went next door to Papa John’s for lunch. If you are going to set hours even delayed hours keep to them and get your stuff together you lost 5 customers just in the time I was standing there. (UPDATE Second week in a row I have stop at this subway and they have not been open led on time.)

I work near thIs store and not many choices, I think this place needs a new owner, stopped in at 11am and the dining room looks as if they just went though a all day rush, tables where not clean and litter on the floor. Sanitation grade has not improved in a While , Seems stuck on 92, it’s a sandwich shop how hard can it be. Employee not wearing a hairnet, wearing street clothes and small children behind the counter. . Personal items sitting on food prep counters food and sauces spilled in several places. Just poorly run. I guess I’ll start bringing my lunch .

Absolutely unprofessional. No line but took 30 minute’s to get a 6inch sub. Had hair in my food. I’ve called the store several time got hung up on when they told me to hold on. I do not recommend this subway to anyone!!!

Obviously new guy baked my sub with plastic (the one with the subway logo) instead of parchment paper. The smell stunk the place up when the oven was opened. First bite was awful, mouth still tastes like plastic an hour later. Manager lady argued with me over replacing it. I don’t need your bad attitude, just replace it, you obviously messed up, everyone in the place could smell that you messed up. Rude, incompetent, not going back.
