We live exactly 4 minutes from this location. By the time we got home food was lukewarm after being “toasted”. When we got home and unwrapped everything, we learned nothing had been toasted, but the innards of the sandwiches. The bread had not been. This was a online order so everything was prepared before pick up. This is the second time that has happened.

We order subs about once per month. This location is only 1 mile from where we live. They never accept coupons I get regularly by email. They always have new servers with little experience making subs.

Came to this store at 9:18pm on a Saturday night. Sign outside says they close at 10pm on Saturday’s. Employees told me they were closed. Open signs were lit up. I plan on writing a letter to the store manager to inform him of employees turning away customers.

Subway is extremely overpriced for the quality and is only worth it if you have coupons, but this location does not accept any coupons or coupon codes. This is unfortunate because it isn’t worth it at menu price and this is the only subway in the area.

I typically love Subway, especially when coupons come in the mail but that isn’t the case for this location. This location is a mile from my house, very convenient, but they do not take coupons (which came in my mail, a mile from their store). Just an FYI – don’t go here if your trying to use coupons. Won’t be visiting this subway again

I’ve eaten at quite a bit of Subways in my days, this one is by far the worst. Their clean facade on the outside doesn’t hide the ugliness on the inside. I decided to give this location another chance today thinking that the employee that I encountered was way gone. But, he’s still there and is as cold and smug as he was a year ago when I came in.

I have now came to this subway location twice, and both times the same worker has been working. He doesn’t look at you, barely speaks, and honestly just acts like he hates his life. I asked how he was doing both times, and I just get ignored. If you want customers to keep returning you should probably hire better employees.

I always have a wonderful experience at this Subway! The restaurant is clean and practicing COVID protocols. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Josh in particular is always helpful and makes it a joy to order. Some places I go the employees make it seem like they are doing you a favor by taking your order.
