Literally worst customer service ever!!! Tall black girl with long braids was horrible. If i hadn’t been so hungry i would have left. She appeared like she hated her job and possibly her life. Didn’t smile or say hi… even after i said hello to her. I was uncomfortable even interacting with this girl. I come here often but won’t be returning if she’s here. Especially since after making my Italian sub she started making my daughter’s vegan wrap without changing her gloves. She also didn’t completely clean off the knife she used to cut my sandwich before trying to cut hers. Thankfully she caught her and told her not to cut it. And while we were eating we witnessed her making her own sub without gloves at all. And i know it was hers because i saw her take a bite.

There is a very rude man that works there. He is middle aged, looked caucasian and it seemed like he was limping a bit. Went there with my little sister and he was rude the whole time while he was taking our orders and just threw our bag of sandwiches at the desk/table. I was letting it go coz may be he had a bad day or whatever but then when we were paying and the receipt was printing he said something under his breathe what sounded like ‘for f#$ks sake’ to me. I really hoped that my little sister didn’t hear it and hoped I heard it wrong. It was hard for me not to say anything back. Anyways when we got home my sister says ‘you know that man at the subway said a bad word’ and that’s how I confirmed what I heard was right. I really don’t appreciate such customer service and I would advice you to talk to your employee, please. We all have bad days but this isn’t right for God’s sake.

Had to wait about ten minutes for someone to come out and the person who made my sandwich, wore gloves however an order came up and he used the same gloves he used to make my sandwich to touch the screen and went back to making my sandwich… with this whole pandemic going on, I still took the sandwich but would like to caution you all. This was not very good hygiene at all! I ended up getting something else instead but shame to whoever runs this establishment

If it wasn’t for the convenience of this location I would not come here. I was getting a sub made and one staff member kept complaining about customers coming in. You’d think he’d be grateful that they have customers coming in. I was eating and another customer came in and I guess he thought he whisper, “Aww, Shit”. This location is incredibly unprofessional.

Went here and they were totally out of bread. They said to come back in 20 minutes. On another occasion they only put 6 meatballs on my 12 inch Sub which is all they had in the pan. I don’t think I will ever go here again.
