On palm Sunday 2022 a light weight black girl tried two charge me $9.67 for a sub that I got from another associate for $7.61. using a veterans discount on each transaction. I ordered online today. When I went to pick it up the employee asked if I was there for my online order I said yes and gave him my name, then he went on to take care of other customers and ignored me. Since I was on my lunch hour and had been waiting 15 min for my sandwich I had to leave. When I called the manager to get my money back she said she wouldn’t refund it since the sandwich was made! Would not even remake the sandwich!

I just order subway for me and my family and it took 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive when we open our sandwiches none of the sandwiches had lettuce one sandwich only had bread and turkey the other one had bread pickles and cucumbers and he had a hot jalapeño pepper but we don’t like jalapeño pepper and another one only had bread turkey tomatoes and onions and we are ask for lettuce and when we called up there they said that we can’t call the customers and tell them that we have that we don’t have lettuce like WHAT!

I went in this evening. The 2 girls working were extremely disrespectful and rude. They had nasty attitude. And I called the corporate office. Because of them two handicap children who love the sub buns will not have their dinner from Subway tonight. Well not from that subway anyway!!! Shame on you ladies!!!!
