Very disappointed. Subway salads were once flavorful and appealing. What we ordered was anything but. Our order was not fulfilled correctly (missing items) and the dressing was the most tasteless thing I’ve ever eaten. It was just essentially an oily bowl of lettuce and chicken with toppings I didn’t order and none of the ones I paid for. Will NOT eat at Subway again.

Walked in and there was the most terrible employee with a horrible attitude. She was throwing stuff around and proclaiming she was the only one there. Literally slammed a pan on the floor and let it side down the floor to the back room. This store obviously has serious issues with staffing and needs to hire nicer people. 0 stars because we walked out.

Updating my review because it’s never right. The sandwiches are never made right. I order curbside and they don’t bring it out. I always have to go in, fix the drink and get the chips. They always have an attitude too even though I am so patient. The entire staff needs to be retrained or replaced. Will update the review when things get better.

They made my daughter’s sandwich completely wrong and refused to fix it. They also overcharged her. It was $13 for a spinach and jalapeño (no meat or cheese) sandwich and a drink. The sandwich was not supposed to have spinach. However, she did want cheese, mayo, and olives, none of which were on it. The woman refused to fix it, and my daughter was too scared to refuse to pay for it.

This store is run only by children there’s not a single adult that checks on anything if there is they’re just as bad. Run out of meatballs bread and other basics by 5 every single day. They usually have one poor boy working by himself I know because I’ve seen it multiple times in person. It’s poorly managed and the workers are poorly trained to resolve issues. But hey it looks nice.

Walked in 3-6 and not a hello or welcome to Subway.4 customers sitting and waiting for their subs to be prepared. As I walk up the irritated employee is griping about coming in early and all of the work he had to do.I was being very patient as my family and I wanted subway.When the second couple went to order,he started complaining again and said the shredded lettuces was out .He told them there was not any more prepped. As I decided to leave e he was telling the customers that he was locking the doors and turning the lights out so he could just clean up.This was between 7 and 7:30.He told them he would post a note on the door saying,can’t you read,we are closed! Posted hrs say open till9pm.Between not acknowledging me and the complaining the entire time I left the Subway and will never return.I guess he will be happy to lose at least one customer.Dont understand how he is still employed.

The young employee on 11/6/2022 wasn’t about being at work this day. It was the first time I had ever had this employee wait on me. She had a strange, quiet attitude and was throwing things around. She didn’t spread the steak all the way across the bread and under cheesed one of the sandwiches. She threw my sons sandwich in the lettuce. She disregarded the tomatoes that had turned black when I told her there were old tomatoes. She only removed the bad tomatoes because on my next sandwich I asked for tomatoes, so would she have removed them if I didn’t select them for my other sandwiches. There was no sweet tea and the syrup for the fountain drink machine was out of pretty much all the best options to choose from to drink. She ran to the back of the store, where I could not get her attention to get a refund on drinks so I got some carbonated water. I did not have a difficult order. I even told her at the beginning after I greeted her not her greeting us, that I had three foot-long sandwiches to order. I have worked in the same work environment and even as a waitress I had bad days at work but interaction with customers I put on a fake face and smiled and was pleasant and it helped me make my bad days better, so I did leave her a small tip. When getting our drinks I instantly regretted it since I knew she knew there was nothing to drink. We didn’t get “meals” only 3 footlong sandwiches and 2 large drinks that were garbage, and I knew she knew it but still charged us for halfway made food and nothing to drink. During the weekdays the employees are much more pleasant.
