This place is awful. Whomever is doing the hiring needs to do better. I stopped recently out of sheer convenience after shopping, and I thought eh why not. It can’t be that bad. It was absolutely that bad. The young man behind the counter didn’t speak. He just pointed and grunted. My wife asked him what came on a certain sandwich at which he pointed to some various meats and walked away. I asked him if the ICEE machine was working because I wanted one and he said “Nah.” On the way out after we ordered, I looked over and the machine indeed was working. So I guess he’s just lazy and didn’t want to do his job. The only other couple that was there was talking to another employee, a young lady, because their order was wrong as well. After we got home our food was not good and kind of a mess as they didn’t care about how they put the sandwiches together. So much for the commercials talking about them being our sandwich experts. I don’t know what’s going on with this place or with Subway in general, but I seriously doubt I will ever go to a Subway again. Jersey Mike’s is right down the road and I will gladly give them my service and money.

Employees’ at this subway in 566 W. Main St Walmart Havelock treated me as a disease. I had a current coupon good til 08/27/2023. (1 footlong sub, plus drink and chips for. $8.99). They were out of drinks when I was placing my order using the coupon. The latin-American lady told me “no drink”. I told her she would have to discount the coupon even more if I didn’t get a drink. She said, “oh no”. I told her the coupon included a drink and chips. Why would I pay the price of the coupon if I didn’t get a drink which is included. She walked away from me without taking my order. I yelled to tell her I also have another coupon for a free cookie with any purchase, she said, “no o ly one coupon accepted, not two”. I asked her why because the free cookie comes with any purchase. She said, “no only 1 coupon”. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager. She told me, “no manager here”. Then this other employee came out as I told her the story. She said, “cant help you and I asked her if i could speak to the manager. She said, “said no manager”. I thank her and asked her how can you ever get a free cookie if it only can be used with any other coupon as it says but you won’t take both coupons. She just blew me off and walked back in the back room. I told them both were wrong and I wanted a manager. She didn’t care and left the front. So I told them I would report the incident. She could have cared less.

Never going to this location again. The Association who made my order was extremely unpleasant and sloppy. When making my sandwiches he didn’t see a need to pick out the rotten vegetables or onion skins before placing them on my sandwich. When it came time to pay he had an online order come through which he then tore the ticket of the printer and say out loud “are u kidding me, this is so simple. Why can’t they just come and pick this up themselves” which made me think why would someone want to come in and order when the young man’s disposition would most definitely make anyone lose their appetites.

If there’s no avocados you should call the customer to confirm and refund if unavailable… And not enough lettuce but still was good. Was probably the oil amount that made it taste less.

I WAS TREATED WITH SO MUCH DISRESPECT. I AM A BUSINESS OWNER. I WAS TOLD TO GET MY OWN RECIEPT AND SHE WAS VERY RUDE. IF MY EMPLOYEES TREATED A CUSTOMER LIKE SHE DID, THEY WOULD GET FIRED. AND THEN SHE STARTED TALKING ABOUT ME WHEN I LEFT THE COUNTER. I HAD TO RETURN TO GET MY KEYS AND OF COURSE THERE WERE 3 GIRLS UP AT THE COUNTER AND YOU COULD TELL SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT ME. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT SUBWAY AGAIN***

Husband just went there, told out of steak so we could not get steak sub. My husband said the employee looked stoned and had just cleaned up for the evening. I’m guessing didn’t want to make anymore subs for the day. I would be very interested if other people were told tonight if out of other meat or even bread….lol

My husband went in earlier today and ordered two subs, the girl making them could clearly care less about her job. She dropped a pan and still went to use it, thankfully a manager stopped her. However I wonder how many times utensils are still used after being cross contaminated or dropped when no ones watching. My husband’s sub and mine were both slung together haphazardly. The girl had put so much sauce on my husband’s sub it was falling apart as soon as he opened the condiments soaked wrapping. I wasn’t going to bother with this review until both my husband and I started feeling sick. So if you wish to have an extra soggy sub with a side of food poisoning this is the place for you!

If I could give 0 stars I would! The mixed girl with tattoos had a nasty attitude as if she hated her job. The lettuce wasn’t fresh at all, gnats and Flies swarming the meat and was sitting on my sandwich I walked out !!! And she stood there talking to the other worker and yawned with her mouth open over our sandwiches. NEVER COMING BACK HOW DISGUSTING

I go here multiple times a week for lunch and order the same thing. I’ve been charged different amounts of money for the same thing I always order. Explained that to the worker and she just got an attitude with me. So, don’t forget to save all your receipts.

Worst subway I’ve been too! Me and my husband went in and the the older lady that was making out food was so unnecessarily rude. First she gave me attitude because I guess I wasn’t speaking loud enough and then when I asked if she had a certain bread she laughed at me and told me the bread they had as if I was stupid. Then when she asked me what else I wanted on my sandwich I said nothing else and she look at me so rudely and said “really?” Like yes girl if I wanted any else I would say . Just how so spoke to me was unnecessary when I didn’t do or say anything she also was very sloppy with making our food my husband asked for light sauce and she poured to much and laughed and was like oops and she also almost dropped my food many times and was throwing it around like I’d rather you not . I never write reviews but dang girl
