Wow!! Went here to get a salad. I normally go to another subway but I thought “ hey how different can they be”. That was the first mistake. I got a veggie salad. It’s been awhile since I’ve gotten a salad. So I asked to see the container. It was a decent size. Compared to a public full salad container it’s about the same. First the server only filled it half way with lettuce. All I asked for was lettuce, black olives, bell pepper , onion and banana peppers. I got very little of all. The total was 7.95!! 8 dollars for a veggie salad. AND you skimp on the veggie. LMAO. Never again

They have a bad Ant and bug problem. Ants coming out the drink machine in my cup. Horrible customer service, just the worst. I always go to subway and this lady didn’t let me use my 7.99 foot log meal coupon. She said they only except 6 inch coupon and the register won’t work for any others. Never heard of that before ! Won’t be ever returning!

This store consistently messes up mobile orders, and I mean 8/10 times they will forget items you paid extra for (avocado, extra cheese, etc..). Not only is their order accurately lacking, but so is their customer service – smile and act like making my food isn’t a nuisance, please and thank you. Why go here when there are at least 7 other sub restaurants within 2 miles of this store? Answer: you shouldn’t.

My son went there for a drink, upon finishing his drink he opened it to eat the ice. Ants were everywhere inside his cup, I immediately took the soda back to check the machine. The manager thought I was trying to get a refill and got smart saying no don’t you do that it’s not free! I told him it’s ants everywhere over here and inside my child’s drink you jerk. He said oh take another one! Who the hack wants another anything from here ever again. I’ll never return

I go to subways all the time, this one is extremely slow every time I’ve given it another shot and very stingy with toppings. I had to ask for more spinach on the salad 4 times before the bowl was halfway to the amount that a normal subway has. If it was a single new person I could understand but it’s not. Go to the one inside the mall instead it’s much better.

This is owned and operated by a middle eastern family. The daughter, I presume, served me and she was very friendly. She was new and it took her a little time but that was totally understandable. She slid my sandwich down to an older woman (pretty sure it was her mom), who was trying to finish another guy’s order. He asked for 4 pieces of spinach (which was kinda funny to me), but she grabbed a handful and put it on his sandwich. He repeated that he just wanted 4 single pieces of spinach. She removed all of it and started to wrap his sub. With a louder voice and 4 fingers held up, he again repeated his order. She looked so confused. Thankfully the daughter stepped over and helped. I was next and simply pointed to each item as I spoke and she got it right. But then I made a mistake and asked if they accepted the rewards card (I’m pretty sure they all do but wanted to be sure). I could tell she was clueless so I just handed her cash. As I sat there eating, it was interesting to hear the interactions with the customers and both her and her husband/owner. My food was fine but I will forever have a hard time accepting the fact that America doesn’t have some kind of requirement for business owners to speak/understand English. To not even understand your own product names or our numeric system is an absolute travesty. Good luck with your order if you try this place.

Subway seems to be on a downward trend. These new indian owners are TERRIBLE. This subway has an indian girl there thats always mad and borderline aggressive. Smaller sandwiches and skimping even on napkins. Last time I go there. Time to find another sub franchise!!!
