This is the worst location ever!! Portions are ridiculously small except for the sauces. They drowned my sandwich. They must hate coupons. They said we couldn’t get any chicken with coupons but I was able to use the app to order chicken with coupons. I couldn’t even finish my 6 inch sandwich the bread was hard and the sandwich tasted like …. nevermind… This place should not still be open!! 0 stars!!!

The woman that worked today 12/12/2021 at 12:50pm was HORRIBLE. I am a constant customer, I always come in, I am a loyal customer. I just came in last week and got a meal with my coupons that came in the mail perfectly fine. Today I go in, I had a coupon that doesn’t expire until 12/31/21 and my coupon was buy a 6inch meal (chips & soda) get a 6inch free. The lady refused to even add my chips and soda and then tried scanning my coupon, telling me it was not working. She never even added what the coupon said, she didn’t even try, I went to go get more coupons that I had in my car and she still didn’t even try anything else. She is so lazy, she didn’t even ask for help from anyone else. I was just in there last week and the manager had no problem with the coupons. The woman had horrible customer service. So I ended up having to pay for two 6 inches (no biggie) but no drinks or nothing. She was horrible! & all because she wouldn’t just add my drinks and soda which is what the coupon SAID.

I’d do zero stars if I could…Don’t go here. They’re janky. They tried to refuse to take my valid coupon because I didn’t “show it to them before placing my order.” (That doesn’t even make sense!) Then, they tried to say that it had “already been scanned” (it had not, of course). I told them this, and then they scanned it again and, like magic, “It’s valid.” I’ve already contacted Subway’s corporate offices about this. Something really fishy is going on over there…

Went here to use my coupon for a free 6′ sub with another drink and sub purchase and they said nope this is for a free drink with two subs… She gave me other coupons to use for next time we come but we went here to use my coupon I got from Subway! Good thing there’s a Subway on every corner because we’re not coming back to this location…..

First time picking up I was asking for my order. The girl was being rude saying I that need to show her the order on the phone even though I said the name but it was my friend who ordered. And it was raining so I have to go back to my car to ask my friend to send me the screen shot of the order. Plus she didn’t even listen to instructions. Not toasted and didn’t give the right cheese. So now we’re eating a cold tuna sandwiches.

This store is very selfish in helping. I tried to give some extra coupons that were about to expire to other customers, and the staff refused to accept them. I don’t like giving my business to cold hearts. Will not be going again.

Worst Subway experience ever. The guy, who was either the manager or owner, was extremely stingy with the portions. He would only fill my salad bowl half way and put very little toppings on it. The tuna melt I got was also extremely skimpy on tuna and veggies. Everything is cut razor thin. It is obvious that they are pinching pennies here and do not care about satisfying the customer. I will never patronize this location again.

This subway is my go to (475 Rockbridge Road). For few months, it is under new management and they are remarkable. They are on their top level to keep the place clean and available to make your tummy happy with their delicious fresh food. They make you feel welcome and safe with their social distance during this situation. Along with ordering online, it will be ready on time and if ever any situation, they would be happy to fix the problem. It’s also cool that is close by Publix and gym where you can always stop by when feeling hungry at any time. 🙂 Come support!

I had a last minute gathering and needed two catering trays. I went from restaurant to restaurant and they all told me they weren’t able to accommodate me. I finally came here and they were willing to accommodate me even though you normally need 24 hours notice. The sandwiches where really good and a success! The owners, a husband and wife duo, were amazing! The place was clean and all the food was fresh. This is my permanent Subway.
