Usually this subway is the best. However, Rita is unbelievably rude. Usually restaurants or fast food places always believe that the customer is right, instead she insisted that we were wrong and the entire store commented on her rudeness at the time over a cookie. if you do decide come here I would recommend getting someone else to see you through your order.

I ordered online pickup with no contact due to not feeling well and the fact that I had two small children with me. I ordered meals for both sandwiches with lays chips and two cookies for each order. When I arrived I called to announce my arrival. I received a call stating that she couldn’t come out, that I needed to come in the store to pick up my order. I explained that I had two small children with me. She said she couldn’t come out, sorry! I walk in to pick up order. I get my bottle drinks and ask about the chips, if they were in the bag. She said there aren’t chips. I explained that I ordered the meals but she refused to give me chips. I stayed that I never planned to order from that store again, she then says, good! She was rude and did not show good customer service.

I came in with my son at lunch time today. The brunette lady who helped me the most was quite nice but the tall, blonde lady was unbelievably rude. I was confused about my order so I asked the brunette why I was charged double from what I used to. The blonde butted into our conversation and just nearly shouted “that’s what you got”. I’m used to getting six pepperoni and being charged $1.50. The brunette said she gave me a footling extra order and apologized. Once I understand I was happy to pay and now I know to order 6 pepperoni rather than just say add extra pepperoni. While my sandwich was being made I apologized to the brunette bc I wanted the pepperoni heated on top of my chicken. I said “sorry to the be a bother” and the blonde employee just responded with “yeah”. The blonde was rude through my entire visit and I didn’t feel in anyway welcome. I’m absolutely making a complaint with corporate. There is zero need for an employee to act so hostile towards us when I was polite through the whole experience.

I found this Subway on the way to work. I’m so sick of regular fast food so this is sort of a blessing. The store was clean enough and the staff was friendly. They didn’t offer any Tea, rather it be sweet or unsweet and they were no available condiments nor napkins readily available without asking for them. Over all everything was fine. Food was better than McDonald’s.

DO NOT order online from this restaurant. I placed an order online at 4:05pm. Was emailed confirmation and told to pick up my order at 4:20pm. I showed up at the restaurant a little early at 4:15. I went to the express pickup sign. One employee. 4 people in line. I asked if an online order had been filled. I was told not yet. I sat at the table marked “carryout orders” only. Employee filled the order of the 4 customers waiting. I patiently waited thinking he would fill my order when he was done with those current customers in line. As he was finishing the final order, 3 additional customers walked in. He started filling their orders. I asked him if could fill my online order since I had now been waiting in the store for 20 minutes (30 minutes total). He told me that company policy was to fill the orders of in-store customers before filling online orders. I had already paid for my food. But I was led to believe I would be constantly waiting as long as other customers kept showing up to the store. The employee issued me a refund instead of simply filling my order. I will not return to this store. Or any Subway store if this is in fact a company wide policy. Subway is not supporting customers being “safe” during this COVID19 pandemic.
