It’s best to go to other local Subway establishments nearby. The quality of their sandwiches aren’t good and they have poor service should you need to question or change your order. I ordered a sandwich and they barely placed one scoop of meat on it. When I asked about the issue, I was rudely told that they only put one scoop on the 6 inch subs and that if I wanted anything extra it would be $2 more. If I recall, most subways give 2 scoops on their 6 inches. Thank god I didn’t get a foot long because, according to their policy, I’d get two scoops and that wouldn’t suffice. Just be mindful of this if you decide to eat here and if you can go up the street to the other Subway.

Be careful when you checkout and pay. Purchased a footlong using a coupon for about a dollar and change cheaper. After I done paid, I noticed a tip of a dollar and change was added without my consent. Brought it to the cashier’s attention but she tried arguing with me that I selected the tip. It was terrible. The employee didn’t have much vegetables in my sandwiches. He didn’t toast the sandwiches long enough. The meat are still cold. Most of the vegetables ingredients are gone that’s why he did not put enough vegetables in my sandwiches. What waste of money. Don’t buy from here!!

So on today, March 31st, I walked into the Subway located inside of the Walmart located on Willow lane here in McDonough,Ga . I locked myself out of my car by mistake and it was pouring down rain . So I figured as I collect myself and make the necessary phone calls to get back into my car (especially considering that my phone was about to die) I will just step into there (the Subway) , out of the way from others walking in and out of Walmart (social distance or whatever) , that , and it would be a bit quieter AND to avoid walking around with merchandise that I already bought from Walmart to avoid being labeled a thief . I walk in and I’m immediately confronted but one of the Indian women working in the Subway . She asked if I wanted to buy something and I told her no , I just needed to make a phone call out of the way of the entrance . This was another Indian lady comes from the back and began literally yelling at me telling me that I can’t be in there to eat . I look at her calmly and told her “ma’am , I’m locked out of my car . It’s pouring rain . I’m just trying to make some calls to get into my car .” She walks off but that doesn’t stop the two of them pacing back and forth trying to make themself look busy and cursing me between the two of them and throwing me dirty looks . My phone finally died and I figured , well let me buy a charger (I am in Walmart thank goodness) and can charge the phone while I wait in my spare key to get brought to me from home . As I leave out I get the very rude women’s attention and thank her for letting me sit . She , of course doesn’t say anything back . After I buy the charger I walk back in and before entering fully , plugging anything in , nothing , as she’s finishing with a customer , I get her attention and ask , “is it ok if I charge the phone while I wait , I should be getting a call soon ?” She proceeds to start yelling at me again telling me that I can’t use their chargers because they care closed and cleaning . It was nearing 5:00pm . They are open until 8:30pm . She then makes the younger women leave from behind the counter and pretend the already straightened up tables and chairs , then she begins to mop . The way she yelled at me and treated me felt HORRIBLE . I just needed to use the phone . Even while I was on the phone she was in the side of me cursing me and waving her hands around at me for using the charger near a trash can . I will never spend money in this establishment . Why should we keep giving out money to those who really don’t care for us to be in there in the 1st place . Where is human empathy anymore ?

Ordered breakfast flatbread egg/ham sandwich. Clerk didn’t seem to know about them, found frozen egg and made them, toasted. Got to car & started to ear them, still cold & partially frozen. Went back in to have them toasted more & still needed 10 more seconds in the microwave . No apology & overpriced!

I come in to get my son a kids meal we always do he likes turkey no cheese add bacon and little lettuce well as far as I’m concern a kids meal means he gets an apple juice or a cookie well he didn’t get no e the girl working on his food guess she’s new or what but had a. Attitude and that not good customer service ilice subway but this girl need re-training in her serviced didn’twarm my son sandwich and I sure ask her politely I guess I refuse to spend my money in this kind of service the sandwich for my son looked it a nasty mess and very cold

If I could give zero stars I would the management and their employees here are unprofessional. The manager Gia at the branch threatened to call the police on me because I asked for the store number n she was blatantly disrespecting me in front of other customers and employees. When she finally did give the store number she provided on that was in canada #68344 I hope this is not the type of way subway treats their customers. To make things worse one of the employees at subway tried to attack me while I was in Walmart threatening to fight. I’ve reached out to Subway but apparently they don’t care about poor service or if their employees threatens to attack people.

Subway has gone down hill. I see a commercial but two get one free online. I go there and they tell me they aren’t honoring that deal. Plus the food is garbage. All other sandwich shops put subway to shady. Little more expensive but good.
