Customer service failure!!! Ordered online. Added avocado to my sandwich. When the delivery company I used delivered food no avocado on my sandwich. I was charged for item. Store personal said I would have to come to store to get avocado or talk to manager in the morning. Unacceptable!!! Employees slow down and read your tickets or managers need to provide a way to immediately refund customer for online orders.

Made an online order, showed up at time they scheduled and food was not ready. I had to wait 10 more mins. So from the time I placed my order till I received my food, 45 mins had passed. I was not even offered a free cookie or drink or anything. I got a non-emotional, almost robotic “sorry about that”, as I walked out the door.

This place was absolutely outstanding. The service and the food were over the top. I would like to share a story if I can. It started back in the 1st grade. I was sitting in class one day and my teacher looks me straight in the eyes and asks “What are you doing with your life?” That question hit me hard. As I sat there, everyone in the classroom with their eyes on me. I stood up with a feeling of courage and looked my teacher straight in the eyes and said “I am a human being” and sat down. That moment changed my life forever. I had a moment of I can do this. I know that moment in my life led me up to walking into this Subway at this very moment in space and time. The world is a very harsh place but when I come into Subway, I feel safe. I feel what I felt back in that classroom. I owe my life to this place and will never look back.
