Placed an online order while standing right outside the store. At 9:18 pm. It said online orders stop at 9:30. I sent my husband in to get the order while I shopped. The guy working told my husband they were closed and he told him we placed and paid for an online order which we see him pickup at the register so we knew he had it. He was mad but finally made our sandwiches which were nothing like the ones we usually get with veggies and items on them. Very scar on items. Lady walked in while he was doing our order and he told her they were closed and my husband was the last order. This was before 9:30. Employees like this is what’s hurting businesses now days. Today I was at subway with my kids and I was looking at some coupons a young man behind the counter saw me looking at them. That was left by another customer that comes in the mailbox every month. So the disrespectful young man told the other young lady that was making sandwiches his wife. And I ask both what was the problem. The young man call me a (B) in front of my kids and got very aggressive. Till the young lady made him go in the back. Then when he keep on saying disrespectful things I responded to his remarks of calling me out my name. Then the young lady told me to leave when I ask what time will the opening management will be in. I’ll be back tomorrow to talk with the manager. They informed me that one of the managers was standing there talking with some guys three of them in the lobby. And when I ask her so I can’t get service she said they had the right not to service me. But keep in mind this just not no small talk between me and her aggressive loud staff. Both of the staff behind the counter got very disrespectful and made many threats. And the manager never move or said one word about their behavior. So as I was leaving two young men came to me and said that’s not the 1st time this happened. Like I told them I can care less about them service me. But the threats and for the manager to not address the issue is a problem. Cause no staff should not have to hold back a young man back from trying to threatening anyone. And both been that aggressive over coupons someone else left. Husband and wife work at this location. #calling corporate someone need 2 teach them all customer service skills. WORST SUBWAY EVER. Y’all need to overhaul the workers here because I’ve been here probably 20+ times (it’s in Walmart so it’s convenient) and EVERY TIME was a horrible experience. The workers are ghetto, rude, confrontational for no reason. I am always very kind and met with nothing but attitude and bad customer service for no reason.

Would never recommend. Not to sound like a Karen or whatever but I would not recommend this place. They forgot most of our ingredients, food was dry, and it was spent for 49$. We ordered this from door dash and we never have such a bad experience from this app. They need to replace the employees for doing such a poor job.

there was very brown lettuce and shriveled up spinach that looked weeks old, i asked if there was any other lettuce because of how brown it was and the lady working was very rude and said “ no there isn’t” in a very rude tone, do not recommend eating there

You have 2 of the most disrespectful employees working there. We were in there at lunch and they acted like they had somewhere else to be. They didn’t greet me and my wife at all. They complained about having to break a 50.I didn’t see the sign but they were quick on pointing it out. I told them that I would go to the customer service department and break it. They said no but it would be hard since they just broke 2 others earlier. As we got out food no thank you or have a good day. I won’t go back.

They hardly put any meat on my sub, when I asked they said it costs more. The guy was supposedly new but was rude because I asked about the meat. I get subway all the time but this experience was terrible & the sandwich wasn’t that great. I will try again. Hopefully this was a fluke.

I am very displeased how my online app delivery order went I orders *{2) tuna subs with 1 on flatbread, I get a phone call from door dash saying they are OUT OF TUNA & FLATBREAD !! so I asked for steak instead , he then put me on the phone with the worker and she RUDELY SAID NO ! and gave me my options and they were nothing I liked, so I rebutted back and your employee became even more ruder and made me choose a sub that I did not want nor wanted to eat ALSO I GET My subs and they are all wrong and messy !!!! WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT SUBWAY AND BEEN EATING IT FOR YEARS . I FEEL CHEATED OUT OF MY MONEY AND TIME . I AM VERY PISSSD !!

It was July 18 at 2pm. The thin woman with a ponytail their was so rude and was not accommodating with us. She was putting trays of bread like she was mad at something. It gave us an impression that she doesn’t want to serve us just couldn’t say it directly. It was a bad experience. Bad service. Bad attitude for a food attendant that is in food industry. So unbecoming and unfriendly. She needs to be reminded that this is a field of business and not her own kitchen.
