I ordered online 05/29 around 1pm and as you can see in the receipt it says STEAK. I get back home to find out there was no steak in the sandwich so I went back and the girl at the counter could really care less about it and didn’t even apologize at all, she made another flatbread and when I get home I find out the egg it still cold. Honestly is terrifying how no one can do their jobs and when they make a mistake they really don’t even care.

Sign clearly states any sub $5.50, and the sign to the right that describes the pico de gallo collection states it comes with guacamole. I ordered two of the pico de gallo collection and they tried charging me $1.50 extra for guac on each sub. They argued with me that guac is not included. This is clearly false advertising, and they all looked at me like I was an idiot and said well it’s just like bacon, bacon is extra! I said not if it comes on the sub… cancelled order!

Great place but a very bad experience tonight. The sandwich artist in duty March 17 around 8:15 pm was rude, obnoxious, and stuck up. He got upset because I insisted to know what bread was the freshest. He already refused to answer two previous times in the past. I never had the same attitude with his colleagues who go overboard to provide the freshest bread.

The greeting from my entrance to my departure made me feel at home. I got subs for myself and my fiancee. Mine was good, but I should have been warned about their new garlic bread addition. When I got home and ate my sub all I tasted was garlic. It repeated itself for days. They did great on my fiance’s sub. He is picky he requires his toppings separate. They did his that way and he was happy.

My husband has had breakfast there almost every morning since 7/1/12 when he retired. Occasionally we get subs for lunch or dinner, too. The staff know him and are always friendly and efficient. If you do a survey you get 2 free cookies. That satisfies my sweet tooth.
