There are a lot of subway restaurants everywhere you go. However, this is by far one of the cleanest I’ve been too. Staff is always upbeat and friendly. And the food is always on point! If I had to drive by 10 other subway locations to come here and guarantee a great meal, I’ll do it.

The staff here is always super friendly and makes my order always very well and fast. I usually pre-order mine online and every time I get there it’s pretty much done and always cooked to perfection when I ask for baked. The meatball sub is my favorite but also their turkey with provolone cheese is amazing with a little bit of mayonnaise toasted. And if you use the online app there’s always a good discount or deal.

My first time in a Subway drive thru. We needed 4 sandwiches, all different. I had to give the order 1 at a time and it took forever. I didn’t mind the wait though. Problem was the sub rolls were very stale and dry. That’s the most important part of the sub!

Ordered on the app for curbside pickup. I was notified my order was ready, waited 15 minutes and finally went in side to find a line of people with only 1 staff member working. When it was finally my turn I was informed that only 1 of my 3 sandwiches was prepared! I understand the staffing shortages, but holy cow! Why would you inform someone that their order is ready when only a third is completed?

Everyone loved their job. Could’ve worked elsewhere but was happy being a sandwich expert.. A-1 craftsmanship, glad I came to the experts. You can go elsewhere but remember your going to get what you pay for, want a sandwich from a pro, come tip your artest because these people work hard to give you what you want. Hopefully you meet the girl with the golden smile, she tips every where she goes and deserves to be recognized, let the tips pour in!!

I was an employee here. This was the most unprofessional store I’ve ever worked at. The mangers are extremely rude. They could care less about the customers or the staff, they just want your money. They often leave untrained employees alone in the store which leads to under cooked meat in the sandwich’s and slow service. Staff is often quitting because of this. Chances are each time you go in you will have a long wait and poor quality sandwiches. They also are not very sanitary. I’m surprised no one has gotten sick from eating their food. Do not waste your time and money at this subway. Go to one of the other subways nearby, it would only be 5 minutes more of a drive and you would receive better quality food.

Had horrible experiences today @SUBWAY Store #17196 The lady name Karen acting as manager in the store was so rude. Let me explain, I go in and order my foot long subs over-roasted chicken sandwich, and they get it done and after I take a bite taste a little bit weird and way too cold. I check the chicken was not fully cooked; it was cold, and cheese is the only thing that melted, but the chicken overall served to me as raw. I told the lady about it, and she refuses to listen and want to argue about I ate all the chicken out the 1 foot long, I told her I didn’t eat all the chicken as you guys provide 2 pieces of chicken, and I only ate 15% out of 100% which meant I still have one full 6 inch sub untouched, and 3/4 of 6 inch sub left, and she refuses to listen and threw away the subs to the trash and called her manager and accuse me as I’m that kind guy always doing this as some reference? I told her this is my 3rd time this week going to subway and never in my life I ever complain about it except today; She kept arguing I told her to take the subs out the trash and look at it your self I’m not lying to you and you mistreating bad then she gets it from the garbage and look at it and realized she mess up as I was telling her the truth and she didn’t apologize or anything, and She yelled at her coworker to provide me the refuse she said “Let remake the sandwich and Give him the refund so he can get the hell out of here so we don’t have to hear him.” First of all, I didn’t want this bad experiences. All I wanted was for my sandwich to be fully cooked and that all. She then tells the guy to refund me and make me signed the refund receipt. I get the sandwich after waiting 20 minutes to be done since the line was long again, I then sit down to eat, and I check the refund receipt and say refund in cash. I paid on the card, and she didn’t refund me back on the card since the receipt say the refund was made in cash, but the guy didn’t give me money for refund, so I come and ask her where the cash refund since receipt say cash, she asked the guy and he said he forgot to give me the money, anyway besides the whole point i’m done with @SUBWAY I quit being your customer I’ll take my business somewhere else because of it.

This has got to be the worst Subway I have ever been to. If you feel like paying double for the eyelashes on your sub, or eating a cold sub that’s supposed to be hot. Enjoy. But when you go there and realize that you are the only customer in there, take this advise. RUN! DO NOT EAT THERE!
