The store manager (didn’t get his name) discriminated against me for having a disability then accusing me of not having a handicap sticker on my car and asked me to move it. I told him I have a disability and he told me I looked “fine to him” I then asked for the district managers number and he told me he was the store manager then proceeded to walk off. Very unprofessional and I will not be back to subway in the East Brainerd area for a long time.

I don’t know the guys name but it was on 2/13/22. It was clear that he did not want to help us and had a bad attitude towards us. We sat down and ate in store for about 5 minutes and then he suddenly kicked us out and said the dining room was closed. The way he handled it was super rude. Be professional in a working environment, not a brat.

The only reason I’m not giving a 1 star is because I feel bad for the lady working. Came in to this subway and there were about 6 people in line and it took us about 10-15 minutes before we could place our order. Unfortunately there was only one lady working and she was very nice and kept apologizing about the wait. Seems to be managed very poorly and understaffed.

My experience tonight was easily the worst and most unenjoyable experience at a Subway. The quality of our food was terrible. The employee wouldn’t heat the cut up chicken for my daughters chicken bacon ranch and instead tried to put on the chicken breasts. Our son ordered a pizza sub and I had to ask him to put mozzarella cheese on it. He sprinkled a few pieces on it and was going to heat it up. I asked him to put more cheese on it and he said he could, he just had to go to the back to get more cheese. He just took the ham for my Italian BMT and my girlfriends turkey sub and just put piles of meat on instead of laying them flat. I had requested to have some vegetables toasted, as I always do and he said he can’t, that it will burn the vegetables. He left my girlfriends turkey sub in the oven for way too long and burnt it and tried to say it wasn’t burnt. As I said, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway and I eat Subway a lot. I don’t believe I’ll go back to that Subway ever again and it’ll be a little bit before I go back to any Subway.

Our visit was wonderful. The employee/sandwich artist hooked our subs up. She loaded them with ingredients without us even asking her to. She was friendly and professional. The restrooms were very clean and smelled fresh. The tables were clean and drink machine area as well. I would recommend this Subway location to everyone.

Lady wearing the spicy t shirt chose the right one to wear. Matches her personality. Extremely rude, guy outside smoking a blunt in a ford pick up truck. Just stay away from here. I felt very discriminated against, will never eat here again. Go up the road to the other subway. They’re much nicer. Told me I should be wearing a mask, I wasn’t allowed to cough. I’m so sorry, if you’re so worried about it then close the store. Because of her though, I will never go back. Ever.

I ordered 4 foot longs at 8 pm on the Subway app. They processed my payment and sent me a notification that it would be ready by 8:15 PM. A few minutes later I got a phone call from the subway they can’t for fill my order because they ran out of bread! It’s Subway how can you run out of bread at 8 PM? Since my payment is processed I asked her about getting a refund and she said I had to call back between 8 and 4 PM tomorrow to speak to a manager because she couldn’t process the refund! I then asked her if she could transfer my order to a different store and get it that way and she said no we can’t do that either. I am thoroughly disgusted with this service and cannot believe that subway ran out of bread with no options of how to resolve my problem.

I have been craving subway for a couple of days and went yesterday to get a sub. This was by far the worst sub I have ever had from this location. I ordered a buffalo chicken foot long with onion, banana peppers, and chipotle sauce. There was no buffalo sauce on it and the chicken was dry. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
