Subs were supposed to be toasted, none of the 3 ordered even had the cheese melted. Staff refused to cook subs longer, even when asked to do so. Took a very long time for all the subs to be done. Almost no preparation behind the counter. The staff is very undertrained and rude.

Food was terrible. My son and I both ordered an oven roasted chicken sandwich and asked for them to be heated up. Meat was ice cold and they were out of onions, pickles, spinach. The gal working wouldn’t get us the condiments we asked for. Worst sandwiches we’ve had. Will never go there again!!!
