The quality of the food and service is usually quite nice, but this visit today was the 4th time I’ve went to use an subway e-card with your registers QR scanner. I’m not sure if it’s because your employees may be unfamiliar/un-trained with using it or if it’s faulty equipment, but I’m genuinely becoming frustrated. Not to mention the already backhanded slaps of “No Coupons” being accepted. I’m more than understanding that times are rough and inflation is causing stress for small business owners. But how do you think someone who NEEDS to use a coupon is doing for themselves?

As soon as you see the door a sign posted “sorry, today we are out of; provolone, spinach, and onions”. Enter store another sign says, “sorry, due to inflation, we are not accepting any coupons at this time”. Ok, still optimistic, start placing order, am told only have 1 loaf of Italian herbs & cheese bread , so go with that and 1 regular Italian. The staff that was there, and made my sandwiches was very pleasant, courteous, and helpful, she also said she had been there since this am, poor girl. Disappointed subway was out of so many items, so many negative signs, maybe someone should of ran to Kroger for some supplies.

9/15/22 I visited the empty store at 4pm. I understand the associates were busy washing dishes in the back but I waited a couple minutes before being noticed (No problem). The Assistant Manager walks out and states they were busy in the back (No problem). I responded with “That’s ok I’m not here causing any problems” and the lady instantly disliked what I said. After a long fatigue filled day, the last thing I want is problems.. and every time I come to this Subway or the Hebron Subway, I just have problems. First, I never dine-in but have been charged for dine in (with tax) several times. Second, I noticed the price shot up AND some franchises are taking away meat from their subs!!

Daughter and I went in after I got off work so we could get dinner. First, we waited for 10 minutes for the employee to come to the front of the building. Second, she proceeded to tell me that if I had a third sub I should have told her that way she could’ve toasted it with my other two subs. Third, every time we stop at this location there is never any meatballs for anything. The woman taking our order was older and looked messy, with a very poor attitude. Regardless if I have a third sub or not, you do not talk to customers in such a way. Very disappointed in this location. We will go to the Thornville subway from now on.

Subway In Buckeye lake is no longer taking coupons. 1/26 I was in there and it was declined. So keep in Mind there only serving to people that can pay full price. I’m not going back can you emajin ? Discrimination against lower income people that cannot afford full priced Subs. The sign is up by the cash register very hard to notice.

Stopped and asked for a steak and spinach wrap. Told us we could not get just the meat heated she told us they didn’t do that. . She was not very nice about it. Went down to the next exit ordered the same thing and first thing she asked was “ Do you want your meat heated?” ♀️ I don’t care if you have worked there a year every other subway I have stopped at ask this question and it is an option. We won’t be back.

Would be better if they would bring back roast beef ..but during my visit at this specific time. The young man working got pretty busy. He held it together, gave folks discounts for the wait. Very nice, he wasn’t crabby cause he was busy. He was joking with the customers and holding his composer really great. I’ll for sure visit again.

They make it so difficult for you to order for a crowd. I called the store to order eight sandwiches and was told they don’t take orders you have to order online. Go online it will only let me order six sandwiches. No where on there did it give me an option for condiments so in comments I asked them to add condiments and cut them into smaller sections. They were out of some of the meat and when I went to pick the sandwiches up I asked for condiments and I was told I should’ve done that online. That’s cute because online did not give me an option for condiments. It says add extras but it was not condiments. They were not very willing to help out either. She acted like I was asking her to give me 15 free sandwiches when all I was asking for was condiments.How about we go back to pick up your phone and take a persons order especially if they want to order more than six sandwiches.

Just ordered 4 subs from here through door dash, delivery was great but the food was horrible.Two out of the four subs couldn’t have been more wrong. It was 2 clubs with a few vegetables, cheese and some mayo, nothing special. Less than half the veggies was on the sub, one of them had no cheese and the other had the wrong sauce. I get the same sub every time I go to subway and I can say I only got half the items. The receipt shows the correct way we wanted them but it wasn’t even close. $35 for 4 subs that only 2 will be eaten. I haven’t had this location in a while and now I remember why.
