Food doesn’t look the best but I was hungry but the chic with wack lipstick decided to tell me to wait 10 min to order cause she had an online order to work on.. I worked at a deli for 5 years it literally takes 2 min to throw a sub together. ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE!!! Teach your staff better

Absolutely RUDE. My two children and I went to the counter to order food for my youngest. The employee was finishing an order with a customer. She saw us, completed the transaction, turned off the lights, and went to the back. NO acknowledgement, NO “This was my last order for today because we’re closed…” NOTHING. It was before 6:30p. The site says they close at 7p. Find some better customer service or stay closed.

If I could give this Subway 0 stars I would. I highly reccomend that you find another subway because this one is not worth your money. I usually go there because I work in the mall and it’s easy to go there on my break. There is always the same rude girl there. One day I went there stood there for 10 minutes while she was on her phone out in the open and then she decided to tell me she was on break. And any other time she takes way to long to make my sandwich and talks to me about unnecessary things and she continues even when I gove her short, one word answers. Horrible service and by the time my sandwich is done my break is over and I don’t have any time to eat it. Absolutely do not waste your time at this subway. I don’t know how this girl still works here after all the bad reviews I’ve seen from this subway.

Unfriendly staff. This location would probably do a much better business if they would stop hiding in the back and leaving the front counter unattended. More than once in the last 12 months I’ve just walked away from the counter after nobody came to take my order after 4 to 5 minutes. Go somewhere else. Girl working there this weekend had her mask below her nose and another guy making sandwiches totally maskless.

Usually avoid the mall, but the Great Lakes Mall Subway saved the day! My wife and I wanted our favorite Subway sandwich. I tried the Tyler Avenue store but they were closed! I remembered the location at the mall. I usually avoid Mall locations for not taking coupons, but this time we weren’t using any. A foot long cut in half for both of us, and the 3 special for just over $10, I was pleasantly surprised! I will visit this location again! Yum!

I guess they changed ownership there, 2 black kids waited on me. The girls was super nice the guy was to busy on his phone to take my order. I have no idea why when you have customers you think priority is for you to chat with your friends first. Then wait on customers. I don’t know where the manager was or if he was even there. NO Texting or chatting during work hours unless no customers are there

Terrible service. Out of everything when they still have several hours till close. Dont tell u they’re out until they make half ur sub and just expect ur fine with it. Male worker didn’t know the difference between mayo and Chipotle sauce and then asked if he could just “wipe it off”. Wanted us to pick a different sub so they didn’t have to go in the back for more ham… Having worked at Subway before, it is literally the easiest job you can have. Very conserned for these kids futures if they can’t even manage this…

Dont go here!! If I could give NO STARS I would. Its totally outrageous that they charge you a $1.00 for refills and don’t honor coupons. You can go to any subway around and get free refills and they honor coupons. Even chick fil or charley’s in the mall give you free refills. Bad business management!! These owners have NO BUSINESS owning a subway chain!!!!

The best Sub Way I have been to. I have heard ignorant people in the food court call them names because they are indian, its so ignorant. They are SUPER friendly and never mess up my food. I really enjoy going there every time. To bad my Subway by me isn’t owned by them.
