They never get online orders right and the bread is never fresh. This is the third time they screwed up an order. When called, they just say to bring it back for an exchange. TRY MAKING IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! How hard is it to follow a written order to make a simple sandwich??? Out of 6 subs in today’s order, only one was made correctly. The cashier was rude and even had a mouth full of food at the window! Never going back here.

They made my sub wrong. I had to go all the way back to get it done right. Since they’d wasted my time and gas money, I asked for a free drink. The manager was rude and said she isn’t giving me anything more than a cookie like I’m a 5-year old child. I gave the new sub back after going back and forth with this lady for a few minutes and got a refund. As I was leaving the store, she said very loud, “Who wants his sub?” That was her way of letting me know she didn’t care about losing a customer. This place is okay and friendly when everything goes right but they need better ways of compensating customers for mistakes or they could just LISTEN BETTER AND GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. That works too.

Now I love subway as much as the next person but there was one gentleman working there that made this visit bad. He had an attitude right off the bat, telling me how I should tell him my order and so on. It wasn’t only myself though. As I was eating, a man came in with a coupon for a sub. This same sassy gentleman was being incredibly rude to that customer as well for literally no reason at all. I worked in retail and customer service, I understand how it can be but all of it was uncalled for.

Worst subway I’ve been to. Dude literally made my sandwich wrong 3x, I handed it through the window 3x, as they had to re do it multiple times. Was offered a free sandwich and when I went To get it I was told it had to be within 2 weeks, than it was said to be 1 week so I couldn’t get it. So I paid for the sandwich I had ordered and it was wrong again they forgot the Parmesan. You make sandwiches it’s not that hard and you should’ve thrown it away and re made instead of remaking it multiple times Eric .

I had a free 6 inch chicken coupon from T-Mobile (T-Mobile Tuesday ) they said the owner will not accept the coupon. I was with some friends so we still ate there, I would have just left. 11 other customers came in with the same offer on their phone in the 45 mins there. They all left, most were really pissed off. GREAT JOB SUBWAY for pissing off your customers. No wonder why you are losing sales to Penn Station, Firehouse and Jersey Mike’s sub shops.
