When you’re actually open I’d rather you go back to weighing the meats I’m paying 10$ for a foot long tuna for the little boy who never brushes his hair to put 4 half scoops of tuna on my sandwich literally half scoops! He puts a whole scoop on then takes half of it off each time! When you ask for full scoops they tell you no. I’ve stopped coming here and go down the street where they do it right

I bought 4 foot long subs. Oven roasted chicken breast with shredded cheese. Simple. Chicken was ice cold. Took it up, the lady wanted to give me a refund. Kids were hungry, I was not going to just get a refund. She said if you don’t get refund we have to start over, and that will take a while. I told her that is fine. I only had 2 redone, as the other kids were hungry and didn’t want to wait. She was NOT happy at all. I then sent my 10 year old granddaughter to get pretzel with some cheese. What? No cheese? O, that pretzel was not good with out the cheese.

Waited 30 minutes past the due time for my pickup order. The employee tells me that they were “just about to fix my order, that they didn’t do so because I wasn’t there.” (I wasn’t there for my mobile pickup order?) Then they tell me they don’t have the any of the ingredients to fulfill my order. 30 minutes wasted, guess I won’t eat on my lunch break!

This Subway is disgusting. first of all, when grabbing the bread she was looking and sniffing the bread and putting some back, which makes me think it must have been moldy. she was also sniffling and wiping her face on her arm. she was not wearing a haircap and every time she turned her head, her nappy hair was dangling over the food. her large belly was also dragging on top of the counter where food is prepared. at this point my mother and I had lost our appetites. most Subways also wipe the counter in between sandwiches but they were allowing the wrappers and fallen veggies to pile up. finally, they dropped one of our sandwiches and had to remake one. at this point, after waiting 10 minutes, we told them to forget it and we walked away. VERY UNKEMPT AND DISGUSTING. I WOULDN’T EAT HERE IF I WERE YOU UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK AFTERWARD.

They built a wall of chairs to close off half of the lobby. (Presumably so they didnt have to clean the floors again at close in 4 hours) There looked to be only one person working but she NEVER came to see if there were customers and did not hear the bell when it rang. We waited 15 minutes before anyone even came to the front counter. The only worker then left the subway without leaving a sign or saying anything and there were people waiting to be served. She was gone for 20 minutes. If I was a bad person I could have robbed the place blind!

Good food but one down side of ordering my food. Sub was suppose to be toasted and when I went to eat the meat of my sub was still cold. I wasn’t to happy with my sub and thats why you got a one star from me. And waited 20 mins to be served when there was like three employee’s working.

Terrible service, the sub was a mess tossed in the bag. No cookies when we arrived. Sandwich artist stated she had them but they weren’t cooked, because she didn’t get a chance to make them. Yet she can be outside smoking. Wow zero quality!

There are some really great and friendly staff here….and there are some unpleasant and unfriendly ones. One of the unfriendly kind really doesnt seem to take to heart the ‘sandwich artist’ title. Upon unwrapping my sub, half of my toppings were literally out of the bread (picture should be uploaded here as ‘Meatball marinara on Italian bread’). I understand that it may not be fun working here, but please put more care into making subs and wrapping them for the go, Deshonn (name on the receipt).

I just left the walmart in ravenna on 03SEP15 at approximately 104pm and I was starving so I stopped at the subway inside. While in the SLOW line I noticed that the EAT FRESH wasn’t so fresh with all the veggies uncovered and about ten flies landing on them. The associate observed that the turkey was out, so she removed the plastic part and replaced it with more turkey. Then she took the other turkey out to replace as well. She attempted to throw the remaining turkey from that pot into the new one . She missed and the turkey landed on the nasty bear aluminum metal part where the plastic goes as she laughs because she missed again having it land on that nasty part again. She picks up the turkey and places it on my bread because I was getting a turkey and ham. I notice this nasty black and white stuff on the turkey from when she dropped it. I almost puked !! I just walked out as this slob associate was puzzled why I’m leaving !!THEY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT!! ##NOT SO FRESH CAN I GET SOME EXTRA FLIES WITH THAT!!!

I’m sorry that you were in such a rush that you misheard extra vinegar for extra mayonnaise, when I spoke loud and clear because I know what its like to be on your side of the counter….did it for four years. What I can’t over look is the fact that after you put about 6 ounces of mayo on my sandwich, you literally tried to wipe it off my chicken with your freaking hand!!!!! Thanks for nothing.
