L subway. Just wanted a BLT and they’re closed when the sign says 10 pm. It was 9. At least change the sign. Dominos is the better option in the area anyways. Edit: I saw that online says 9 but I didn’t check online first I saw the door. So it’s on me but the sign is confusing

I love coming to the Champion store! I feel terrible for the poor employees there though. The customers are so rude and ignorant! Every single time I go in there a customer comes in and during their order start yelling and snapping at the employees.

Ordered food on the subway app. My husband picked up the subs, and there wasn’t a name attached to the order he also paid 4 them. I went back up to the restaurant to get a refund for the subs ordered and was denied by the employees and manager.

My sub is always hard. Everytime I order from here my sub is always hard. I don’t know what they do but my sub shouldn’t be hard. I don’t get it warmed up at all so there shouldn’t be a reason for hard bread.

Ordered online at 4pm to be picked up at 445pm the same day. I showed up at 445 and order was not ready. One employee says they are finishing it up and another employee comes from the back and grabs bread from the oven. I asked if it was started yet and they said no because they have been really busy. I had to go to work a 12 hour shift with no lunch because I had ordered it and didn’t have time to go somewhere else. No apologies or anything. I called about a refund and was told no that i need to contact someone from the app that they couldn’t do it.Will not return to this establishment.

Honestly this Subway is a depressing experience. I used to manage 3 (extremely busy) Subway stores in the Akron area while I was in college, so I understand that things can get frustrating but this place has the WORST customer service I’ve encountered..and they are NO WHERE NEAR as busy as most locations….so there is no excuse for how they act. I live close so I frequent this store regularly…but I have driven to other locations in order to avoid the depressing workers here. I’m writing this review (after many awful experiences) in hopes of the ownership and management to read this to see what is actually going on this store and to understand how your workers are treating YOUR CUSTOMERS. This isn’t about one instance in particular…but multiple visits to this location. Also I have had bad experiences with day crew AND the night crew. They sigh and complain to other workers through the whole ordering experience (ABOUT PEOPLES ORDERS, LIKE RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM)… I actually had a girl roll her eyes at me here when I asked for my chicken to be heated prior to toasting (only because they don’t toast it long enough to heat the meat, leaving a cold middle in the chicken, eww). I always receive attitude when I make this request. Being a part of this company for 9 awesome years, I know there are recommended times for each type of sandwich that are from corporate and it’s obvious they do not follow any guidelines and just press the same button every time, for every sandwich. They talk about inappropriate “stories” right on the line while we can all hear them (and honestly I get embarrassed for them)… there is a prep area…take the convos there as we don’t care to hear about your boy/friend problems/ crazy weekend. I have never once been greeted with a smile here (and if you don’t think that makes a difference, go to the one in Cortland and compare your experience). With any order…simple or complicated… I always feel as though I am bothering them just being there… it’s not worth to me to go to this location anymore and give my hard earned money. Even though I live maybe 3 minutes down the road, I will forever drive out of my way for a better experience to ANY other location than this one. I don’t know where all the negative attitudes stem from (management, a couple crew members that are cancers) but I don’t have to have it in my life… I mean all you do is make a freaking sandwich…it’s not rocket science.

I took coupons for buy a 6 inch and get a 6 inch free and the people that worked there charged me 12.00 for a 6 inch and it was a meal deal and they charged me for a soda and charged me for the chips separately! And I had 3 coupons for 3 6 inch meal deals and no one that worked could figure out how to use them they were meant to be used they charged me everything separate! ! I’ll never go back there ever again!!
