I rarely post reviews, but this time I had to say something. I have a hair in my sub and it’s not small either and have taken a picture of it after opening the wrapper. It’s absolutely disgusting. This is the second consecutive time I’ve ordered from this Subway and have had an issue. The last time I ordered 2 subs and neither of them were cut. I will now always avoid this Subway and will never give them business again. I’m guessing these workers have an issue with not getting a tip from online orders. Why would I tip for something I’m driving to pick-up and have yet to see or eat the food to give a tip?

i called them right after placing a doordash order because i wanted to change the wrap i had ordered to flat bread. im not usually someone to complain but this lady answered and rushed the phonecall so much this is how our conversation went “hi! i just placed an order on doordash and theres no option for the type of bread-” immediately cuts me off and says something about italian bread (couldn’t understand her) i said “is there any way i could replace the wrap with flatbread?” she sighed into the phone and said “sure but we close at 7 be here before then.” then in the most childish voice says “byeeeee!!” and cuts me off by hanging up the phone before i can say “okay thank you!” this hurt my heart i took it a little personally like i have absolutely never been treated like that at any place in my life and again im never the person to complain about this kind of stuff because i completely understand how hard working in the food industry is but my god!

Faith, the manager, was extremely rude she said couldn’t take 50s or 100s. There was no sine posted stating this. I asked her if I go to the gas stashion to get chang can you put it in a warmer to keep in warm. She said no, she would have to change extra. We spent over 40 dollars. So we left the store and left the food there. I hope the district manager see this.

Made an online order. Hours say they’re open till 9. Got there at 7 to pick up. All the lights are off there are 2 people inside trying to avoid being seen. I got a picture of the car that was parked in the back in case the owner wants to know who was working.

i had placed a mobile order and therefore it was already paid for when i got there. i do this to save time and have less contact when possible. Their sign outside literally said “drive up window open”. i figured since it was raining pretty hard and i’ve already paid, the window would be the easiest option. i pulled up at my estimated time and rang the doorbell attached to the window. i continued to wait about 10-12 minutes thinking they must’ve been busy in the lobby. i continued to ring the bell every 5 minutes or so. i felt like i was being ignored, so i called them twice and the phone was never answered. at this point i decide it wasn’t worth it and went in. the restaurant was empty except for 1 customer. needless to say, i was upset. i haven’t had many positive experiences at this location with the staff but the sandwiches are still great. maybe consider having more than just 2 people working there at any given time. you get the business, provide the staff.

Ordered online here 15 minutes before seven I’m the evening…… Bare in mind the website says they close at 9pm. We got there at five after seven. The money had already been taken off the card and the food was paid for. Upon walking to the door we were at first ignored until we refused to leave and kept tapping on the window. Just to be told we close at seven we voided your order at FIVE till SEVEN!!!! We live on a tight budget and that was our dinner till we got paid. So they took our money and pretty much said to bad. We had nothing to eat that night because they took our money. NEVER go here they are stupid and obviously don’t want to work because they voided it five minutes before they even close and we placed it fifteen before.

On the fly lunch stop while out and about. Would give them 0 or 1 star for price, they, in my honest opinion are drastically not worth the price, and I don’t plan visiting again for this reason, but the sandwich was very good. Can get a more substantial sandwich at Walmart for under $6, compared to the $10 Subway wants.

Subway on west tusc is for sure my new to go to everytime we want subway. I went there twice in the last two weeks and had exallent customer service, food and cleanness. I didn’t get the employees names the first time but today I did hands down to Ashonti she was so polite the whole time while they had orders coming in and a line of customers when they was closing in an hour. This time and day it’s hard to get great customer service on top of a clean store with good food. They for sure will continue getting my business.
