This was one of my favorite locations in town. The gentleman that worked here was very kind and attentive. He remembers what you like and makes good suggestions too. The restaurant was always clean and had fresh bread, cheeses and veggies!

Every time I have visited this Subway I have received amazing customer service . The staff is polite and attentive. They even greeted me when I came in. I have been here 4 maybe 5 times over the last 12 months and have had a great experience each time. I am not an easy customer. I am the kind you hate to be in line behind yet, they answer my endless questions and do not get impatient. The food is always fresh , a lot Subways have iffy looking meat.. kind of dried out along the edges like it’s been there awhile, not here. And probably most important to me ,they are clean and sanitary. Always wear gloves and change them often. Other places could take a lesson I cross town and pass up 2 other Subways to come to this one. I am just genuinely surprised by the quality of this place. Wish more places valued customer service like this.

I went in during the noon hour on a weekday, but it was completely empty. That should have been a clue. The woman at the counter was very nice, and she said that it was always empty like that. She made my sandwich just fine and was friendly. I went to sit down and noticed a sticky strip thing on the floor behind the soda refrigerator. It was covered in bugs and what MIGHT have been mouse droppings (I wasn’t getting a closer look). I sat down and ate my sandwich thinking, “Yeah, every place has bugs. What can you do about it.” But, when I was leaving, I looked down and noticed there were dead bugs ALL OVER THE FLOOR in plain view. Why were they dead? Had someone just sprayed a chemical? Had they been there a long time?

Tonight is the SECOND time that I have come to this Subway and the door has been locked and lights off before closing time. Sign says on the door that they close at 10 and I arrived at least 20 minutes before closing. I pulled on the door only to not be allowed in. An employee came to the door and they claimed they were out of bread… but what about those of us planning to just get a salad? Out of vegetables too? Ridiculous. I haven’t heard great things about this Subway but it’s the closest to my house so I was trying to give it a try. I guess they aren’t interested in serving me.
