I have never had a problem with this place until today. When I drove up to the store to order food, I was met through the window an employee asleep in a booth and another employee behind him on his phone threateningly shaking his head no and pointing at us to leave. I saw that it was open 24 hours so I was confused but as I got out of the car the employee repeatedly pointed at us angrily to leave. I felt scared to walk in and left. I hope someone who runs this location sees this and handles the employee accordingly but until further notice I will not be returning and urge everyone to visit another subway in the area

Would give zero stars! 3rd shift is extremely rude and lazy & looks like there tweaking on meth. They don’t use gloves as well. They put turkey on my Italian sub and told me that’s the meat that goes on it. Had two people taking my order at the same exact time and was getting mad because I couldn’t understand them so he decided to call me names. Never in my life have received customer service this bad. Wouldn’t even toast my sandwich for me even though they both asked 4 times. Y’all need to do better or close down period!!

The guy working today needs to be fired. He was the only one working. I was the only customer. He was extremely rude. Nearly dropped my bread on the ground he threw it on the cutting board so hard. It ripped in half. Didn’t stop him from serving it. Got mad at me when I asked to have my sub toasted. Said it’s supposed to be cold. Then only toasted it for a few seconds because he was in some kind of hurry. For some reason couldn’t be bothered to put any of the toppings on the full sub just threw slices of tomato on half of it and called it a day. When I asked for salt and pepper he put a single shake in the middle of the sub of each. Very hostile. I’m mad I even paid for this sandwich. I was afraid if I said anything else to him he’d try and fight me in the parking lot. That just how one employee can ruin a business. If I come to get food and he’s working ill leave.

I spent 30 min in the drive-thru. From the time the staff started taking my order over the intercom to the time I got my food at the side window. There was 1 other person in front of me in the drive-thru. It appeared that a trainee was working the drive-thru window by himself. He was trying, but was having a hard time. He had my order rung up wrong. Manager finally helped him. My sandwiches were correct, but little slim on the meats. Quality has definitely gone down the drain. This is my 2nd bad experience that had at this location. I don’t think I am going to put myself through a 3rd one.

I went in for three subs today, same veggies basically the same subs, all clubs. It took 26 minutes, with no line, to get my sandwiches. Food safety is not a thing, counting cash drops with gloves on and going. BAck to making food is disgusting. I have half a mind to toss all three of these. John shows up for night shift and talks about getting me out of there so he can lock up at 9. I got there at 8:38 and still couldn’t beat 9pm. Watched someone else sweep while my guy struggled to make 3 freaking sandwiches. I managed Subway’s for years, this place should close, frankly the worst I’ve ever seen.

Went in last night and there were 2 people in line. AS SOON as we walk in the guy workin said “It’s gonna be a minute” No hello, welcome- nothing. I look around to see what he could be busy with other than the folks in front of me as there was no one in drive thru. Then he so professionally followed that up with, “And to be honest, I’m not feelin it”. This man told me and a couple behind me now that he didn’t feel like make our sandwiches. He needs to be fired! Obviously I walked out and so did the other people. I’ve not had one good experience at this place, it’s just close & convenient. Every time time I go here I tell myself, “ It can’t be bad again!“ but it always is!! I don’t know of one subway that you can timely service AND food anymore. No one cares about customer service anymore. I could call and complain to the Manager or owner but they won’t care! It’s so frustrating Felt like posting here would reach more folks.

For whatever reason, this location, even though it advertises a 24 hour drive thru, never seems to answer their drive thru coms. This has happened almost every time we have tried to give this location a chance and tonight was no different. A crew in the building, open signs on, and no one answering the window. It has been months since we have tried to order at this location for this exact reason and the same thing happened again. We will not be returning to this location.

After I got home, I was upset to hear my girlfriend’s sandwich was incorrectly made. I’m not sure who made the sandwich, but I had to repeat myself countless times, on top of the attitude I received when I stated I needed two sandwiches. This sole experience has left this location dead to me, luckily there are more nearby.
