If I could give you guys zero stars I would. Service as terrible! Whoever the older guy is he’s very rude. Obviously thinks all African Americans scam. Canceled my order because my phone number was wrong. I corrected ordered again and he was not happy. Couldn’t look me in my eyes. Typical behavior. The other guy that made the sandwiches because he just couldn’t stand to help because he was wrong, he was nice and respectful. I will not ever be coming back here and I don’t recommend anybody to do so either. Worst service I’ve ever gotten from any food chain. That guy needs to find another job. Obviously subway isn’t paying him enough.

My husband, and I went to subway after a long day at work. The whole staff was amazing. Very welcoming, and extremely helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Very clean establishment as well. We will be back in the near future. ❤️

Every time I come into this location I’m always greeted with a smile and warm welcome from the 2 gentlemen that work on Friday and especially Jada on Saturdays. Great communication and always deliver service that is 5 star. They all deserve a raise cause about 5 years ago I would always get subpar subs and no welcome. Decided to try again and I won’t go to any other Subway. Senior Management YOU NEED TO RECOGNIZE JADA cause she is a SUPERSTAR.

Now ive never been your your subway but if you allow your employees to bash customers like this on social media then i never want to take my business or even let anyone i know spend money in this establishment because this shows just how unprofessional you guys are and how you allow your employees to treat your customers. And it’s unacceptable in my eyes and i hope no one does business with you again until your employees learn what professional etiquette is and the management teaches that all your employees are a representation of your company on all social media (even when they are not working) and shouldn’t bash customers like this especially since she made these post public for anyone to see. I came in last Sunday because Penn Station decided to pack up an hour early, leave their open light on and doors unlocked, so I was hungry and disappointed. This subway saved the day. It was the only Subway for miles that was open late. They did an excellent job making my subs correctly and quickly. They made excellent small talk. And my subs were delicious. I’m headed back now for another order. Thank you.

I came to get a sub Monday October 24th at 4pm. A very nice young man named Ben was finishing making a young woman’s salad. An older gentleman walks out from the back then rings her up. As she was paying for her salad Ben starts to make my sub. After putting my sub in the oven he then proceeded to make the family after me sandwiches. The oven timer goes off he takes my sub out and puts it on the counter so I can have my veggies put on it. The older gentleman was bagging up what looked like trash in a bag then put on gloves. He didn’t wash his hands or even sanitize them and he was just handling money and bagging up trash. I asked him politely if he could wash his hands before making my sub he told me sure then went into the back and never came back. I assume he got upset that I asked him to wash his hands because I could hear him doing other things in the back making a bunch of noise and like I said he never came back up front. Even Ben noticed so he stopped what he was doing to finish my sub. Didn’t think it would be such a hassle or inconvenience to disinfect your hands while handling food even though it’s a part of your job description. Next time I’m going to record him and post it on every social media account so everyone can see him and not come back here!

Usually a good experience. Last time I was here on November 19th 2022 the experience was terrible. Placed an online order. Half the order was wrong, the other half was missing. Two employees left the 3rd during a busy rush. Most of the subs poorly made. Great job by the 3rd employee to keep working and completing orders.

The manager here verbally assaulted my mother, put tomatoes on our subs when they didn’t even come on the sub. Hung up when we tried to call and complain because some of us have tomato allergies and was degrading the employee working with him. Disgusting behavior as a manager. If you’re that miserable, find another job.

I came in at 815, two minutes after another customer walked in and was being served. I was rudely told they were closed. I asked if they could just help me since I only wanted one sub and the two gentlemen laughed at me and said that’s great, we still aren’t doing it. Why is the customer who walked in 2 minutes before me being served and I was rudely turned away. I also saw another customer go into the store and she said the two men working were very rude to her as well. I come here because of the great service given by wolf, but if I am going to treated badly then I will stop coming here.
