I ordered a pizza but pizza wasn’t cooked. It was stick to the paper. I couldn’t even take it out and eat and when I came back and the girl start arguing a pizza is good you can eat that but if I stick to the paper hole, can you eat the pizza so I ask her I can see the rest of it and can you change the order to something else very bad poor services they don’t know what to cook how to cook.

Usually quite good however I just ordered a chicken bacon ranch and as far as I could tell omitted the bacon and I also asked for extra dressing that they also didn’t add and they also put the wrong type of cheese on my sub too I ordered pepper jack and the put provolone for some reason.

I don’t understand about all the bad reviews.I had one of the best Subway sandwich at this location and the staff were very nice and friendly and even I live 20 minutes away from this location and I have Subway closer from my house I still will place my order at this location.

I’ve walked up there 5 times for them to be closed while during their stated bussiness hours…I just stood up there for 25 mins after walking up there for the 2nd time this morning for them to be closed..I called and asked when they would be open..the woman said 11am.. I waited u til 11:05 tried the door..to have 2 women just stare at me and say no through the window. I’ve ordered from these same 2 women before and that experiance started rough as well.. as soon as I walked in they had an attitude and seemed annoyed..I work fast food as well and assured them I wouldnt give them a hard time and they were fine afer that but this a bunch of bull. Oh yeah and now they won’t answer the phone at all. All of this is very unprofessional. I’m a reasonable person..I just want to know why they would tell me they would be open in 25 mins if they werent going to be. Tired of wasting my time and energy.

As much as I want to like this Subway for its convenient location close to my home, it’s been a disappointment each time. Last time I went was months ago and I had to throw away my sub without even taking it out of the wrapper because the lady who made it coughed the entire time she was making it and I didn’t want to possibly get sick from it. I didn’t want to be rude or make her feel bad, so I even paid for it and then just threw it away without saying anything to her.

Ahmed the new owner was incredibly gracious and friendly. The place is nice and clean inside and organized. He greeted me upon entering and even other staff members who were clearly busy were smiling when I came in and acknowledged me! I have had unpleasant past experiences at a different location and was pleased to see it was the person at that other location that changed the outcome of the trip for food not the business franchise as a whole! He interacted and communicated with me the whole time he made my subs and made them with pride! They were neat and not messy and he wasn’t stingy. It was a pleasant experience. Keaton also was great! Super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, different subs and how to ring up. They even gave me some cookies to be nice! I will definitely be returning soon and sharing this location with friends and family. We are happy and fed, and ready for a long road trip ahead.
