Where do I start? How about when my co-worker & I went in to get lunch, only to find no-one behind the counter. My cw looked around the register to see if anyone was in the back, to see one employee doing dishes. Ok, cool, we get it. However, when this employee decided to finally grace us with her presence, she walked right past us over to the register to clean something & talk to someone else outside of the area.. As she wondered over to where we were, we were greeted with the absolute rudest hello and eye roll. She grabbed a piece of paper & said she was going to be a min. ((She was fulfilling and online order.)) Mind you, we were the only customers in line so there wasn’t really a reason she couldn’t help us before the online order. We decided we were better off getting food elsewhere, so we walked away. On our way out of the entire store we glanced over to see Ms. Sunshine on her phone. I see there’s a “Now Hiring” sign and I’m hoping it’s to replace that particular employee. If you don’t like your job, leave. If you have a snot a$$ attitude for a personality, stay out of customer service. I will absolutely NOT be EVER going back to that Subway.

First sandwich is missing both types of cheese- one of which was a $3 up charge, both sandwiches are not toasted, and both sandwiches were sloppily put together/falling apart upon opening. whatever you do don’t order delivery- at least from this store. They won’t listen to what you put down.

The girl working today was slower than a snail. Was individually placing items on salads while there was a line of ppl. Without exaggeration, it took her 15 mins to complete two ppl in front of me. After she was done with them, instead of immediately helping me, she started talking on speaker to someone on her cell. I had to interrupt her to begin my order as my family was waiting in the car. Unacceptable. Worst service at subway I’ve ever had.

Ordered 4 subs and my husbands was an xl sub his sub had so little meat we had to search for it on his sandwich. Instead of sweet onion teriyaki chicken they used just plain chicken breasts and squirted sweet onion sauce on top of it all we will definitely NOT be ordering from this subway again definitely one of the worst out of the Battle Creek locations

VERY DISTURBING – Stopped in to grab a quick dinner for my wife and I, ended up leaving without anything. I went in to place my order, waited behind one person who was getting a salad made in a bowl, while waiting in line I noticed there were only about 7 loaves of bread in the cabinet, didn’t think anything about it. The young lady came to take my order, I asked for Italian herb and cheese, was told that was not a available, I made a joke about that being the best one, the other young lady who was working replied with, “well technically we aren’t even open right now”, intrigued I asked whys that? She said the morning worker never showed up and this is all we have, so I got more curious, I asked so that’s yesterdays left over bread? She proudly said “yup, that’s all we have” I said well no thanks have a great day! – I’m not against eating day old bread, what’s disturbing is that they didn’t disclose that upfront, if they’re willing to hide the small things, what else are they hiding? Will not be returning, ever.

I came this morning around 1130am and there was no line so I should’ve been helped right away, instead I waited for almost 10 minutes and listened to the employee in the back talk to her “friend” about her “bedroom” experiences that were totally inappropriate especially since i had my 4 year old with me!! After i said hello a few times she finally came to help me but with an attitude as if I wasn’t a paying customer that had ALREADY been patiently waiting. The service was horrible, the food had a weird chemical taste to it as if they are washing the glass with food in there. Idk but ill NEVER return this this subway , or even ANY subway again after what I experienced today.

Was way better than the subway on Columbia avenue. Courteous staff that doesn’t complain, actually are nice and talk while they make your sub instead of complain to each other, plus they accept coupons. Will definitely pick this over Columbia avenue subway.

Went there yesterday to get a footlong steak and cheese. They did not have steak so they offered roast beef. They put four thin slices of roast beef on the sandwich and the cheese and they charged $11. Which is very disappointing.
