Just lost a daily customer! I go to this Subway multiple times a week for lunch and always have issues with the staff. I understand a mistake here and there, but this store is constantly having issues. Once I was held up on my lunch break by an employee making lunch for their two children, who were monkeying around behind the counter. Whenever I call, they never pick up the first time; I always have to call at least a second time, if not more. Once I asked for my order toasted, but they said the toaster was broken, which is fine! Nothing they can help… the issue came when the customer ordering right behind me asked for their sub toasted, and it was all of a sudden working? And just today, I called to cancel an order immediately after placing because I made it at the wrong location and they took three calls to answer. Once I got an answer, I was told there were no mobile orders and got hung up on. I called back immediately, got an answer on the fourth ring, and was then told that they had already made my order so it could not be cancelled… which is so funny because less than a minute before that, they supposedly had no mobile orders! She was also extremely rude every time she talked to me, as if I was hassling her and not simply asking her to do the job she is being paid to do, smh. The food is average when it comes to Subway, but they can be light on the portion sizes. Supremely SUBPAR customer service 90% of the time. Save your time, frustration, and money and go to the location up the street or any of the other restaurants right next to it.

Rudest employees. Ordered on the app & they did not get the order on their side, I pulled it up on my phone to show order and proof of payment and she would still not make my sandwich. She kept ignoring me and told me to contact customer service for a refund.

Husband just went to pick up our food order. He called me to let me know our order needed to be made but would not let me know why over the phone. I thought someone had took the pickup order from the area. He calls me to let me know that no one made the order and the person that forgot to make the order laughed about the bread requested not being available. Somehow he forgot to make the order but my status in the app said it was ready for pickup. My husband said the individual “found” the ticket in the tray after he pretended to look in the pickup area for an order he knew he didn’t make. My husband said when he walked in they were already putting food away at 7:21pm and they didn’t close until 8:00pm. I would have requested a refund if I knew what had happened but highly doubt they would have processed the refund correctly if they couldn’t remember to make a sandwich and then lie about making it on the app. No apologies were given.

Two of your employees at this location were excellent. However, one of your employees’Jess ‘ kept pulling down her mask. She actually pulled down her mask and rubbed her nose while making my sandwich. I stopped her and asked the other two to throw that sandwich away and start again. The other two workers promptly threw away the sandwich and started over and made my sandwich in a hygienic way, which resolved my own situation, but then Jess proceeded to help the customer behind me while her mask was down once again and rubbed her ear with her gloved hand that she had previously rubbed her nose with (no new gloves). Yuck. Made me worry as well about how much she has been working with the ingredients. Given that this location will not allow customers in without a mask, Jess’ behavior creates a very bad perception and a potentially dangerous situation during a deadly pandemic.

Was going to stop in for lunch today 6/28/2020. Before I even opened the door I noticed the employee behind the counter was not wearing a mask. There’s is a pandemic going on in this country and it is simply unacceptable to be open for business and not doing your best to protect your patrons. I just turned around and walked away. No mask no business from me and my money.

We ordered four sandwiches this evening. The Turkey Italiano had no meat, and half of one of the tuna sandwiches was just bread. Save your money, don’t go to this Subway.

I went in for Subway’s new Turkey and Bacon Sub. I was informed that they didn’t have any prepped. As a former fast food employee I took this two ways. That my food would either take a while to prepare or I couldn’t get it. I don’t believe the latter is acceptable. At the very least I should have been given an apology.
