I was not greeted while standing at the counter. The young lady working did not smile or seem interested in her job. She was also slow and not concerned with building a presentable sandwich. After she did finally get me through the process and I payed, she proceeded to sit on the counter in the back room. The tables were dirty and the chips were not stocked. By the way I was the only one in the shop at the time and only 3 more people came in during my 20 minutes here. Management should hire the right people or train and hold employees accountable. Worst Subway I’ve been in.

Great options for all diets! Your food is made right infront of you. Lots of vegetables! Fast and filling! Great for those nights that you don’t have time or energy to cook lunch or dinner. The best part is that even the kids can get excited about creating a masterpiece sandwich that they will actually eat! Yummy!

My experience today was horrible. I normally go to the subway, because it’s close to home what might consider going to want to know little bit further in the future. I ordered a sub like I normally do, but this time I was unable to order everything on it like I normally have. According to the workers they were out of several different veggies and won’t get shipment until tomorrow. I was okay with this but was still charged full price for my sandwich even though I was unable to get the sandwich that I wanted. Seeing how I’m a normal customer, just seems like if they were unable to provide full service to their customers they would not charge full price. Anyways might consider going further to another Subway seeing how this happens once in awhile.

Absolutely horrible……used to love subway but they have fell off in the last couple years. The last 7 subs I’ve ordered online have just been so wrong that it’s not even the right sub sometimes. I order footlongs and everytime they make it a 6 inch. I print my receipt before going showing exactly what I ordered. It’s almost like you don’t have to be able to read to work there. I am done with subway, they have just lost a would have been a life long customer.

Got 6″ BMT. The whole top of the bun ,all the way through, was hard as a rock! The guy had to noticed as he made the sandwich. It didn’t get that stale in one day. I go out of my way to go to lakeside subway because of service and everything is so fresh. I’ll be rethinking that now.

Most visits have been pleasant, but recently I’ve notcied a huge decline in customer service. Employees have become Moody and short tempered. They aren’t very kind either. Today I went in for a sub and they messed up the dressings, which was no big deal. I could tell that the lady who made my sub was training so I wasn’t mad, but her sup came over and said to scrape it off, which seemed odd. She then yelled that she had to throw it away and make me a new one. The entire time she made me a new one she was being very rude about it. Wouldn’t recommend going if you want a sloppy sub and terrible attitudes.

I had the most dissapointing experience at this Subway location (1845 Lakeshore Drive Muskegon, MI). Placed an online order, was not made correctly (missing 2 main ingredients on wrap) and was hung up on when I called to inquire about it. Drove back to location only to have the employee tell me that she distinctly remembers making my order correctly (with the two ingredients included). I proceeded to show her the sub with the missing ingredients and with much hesitation she remade my order and walked away with no apology. It is beyond my comprehension how abysmal customer service can be… I’ve worked customer service for years and would never have dreamed of treating a customer in this manner.

Maybe would be a good idea to train your early employees on meat quantity that should be on a sub. Meat received was half of other subway locations (Lakeshore Drive location, Muskegon) and actually mentioned the mistake.
