Food is the same good quality as other locations. The manager (“The Boss 6, according to his shirt”) seemed friendly and active. The two kids making food looked obviously unhappy. The one who made my sandwich even smashed it. Tasted fine but the presentation was less than ideal. (Random thing but this location never seems to have swiss cheese. )

I will never and I mean NEVER go back to this subway. The worst employee I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered my subway online for the first time and when I picked it up it was really wrong. I told her that and she didn’t even offer to remake it. I said well I guess I’ll just have to pick everything off then. She blew me off like I was nothing. Horrible experience.

The customer service was excellent and I saw that the manager was doing a great job keeping his employee uplifted through a small rush. Letting him know he was doing a great job and that the sandwiches were coming out great.

The employee today July 1, 2022 informed me that the coupon for a Get a FREE footlong when you buy ANY footlong sub will not work at their location in Delafield, Wisconsin. The coupons were delivered this week to our mailbox. He said, ” We no longer accept those coupons” The sign was posted and was taped to the glass near the food preparation area. He then stated the cost to them was too high now to honor those coupons. First of all, perhaps this franchise might tape it to the front door so people can just leave and go to another Subway that does take the coupons. I said I don’t want anything, I left when he started putting the sub paper down to make me a sub. Not very interested in going back to this one though. Will find one that takes the coupons and become loyal to that Subway franchise. They are everywhere no worries! 🙂

I didn’t appreciate being yelled at in front of other customers by the employee when I walked in yesterday on 3/28/22 saying they were closed.. At 1pm.. and continued to yell sarcastically from the counter “You must have missed the sign that’s posted on the door” While he was making a sandwich for another customer and another eating at a table. It might have been posted but so was 13 other things. I said ok and turned around. He yelled something unintelligible as I was already outside. I used to go there a lot, not anymore.
