Very nice greeting every time I come in the door. Good management and very orderly when they provide their customer service. Fast service and quick food for the price and great coupon offer to help on hard times. The only down side I can give is the rooster crow at the door. I don’t jump easily but gets me every time.

I had been waiting to try the new subs since they started advertising. Turns out that I wasn’t missing anything. I ordered the Philly and the all American club both toasted. Got home tried them out and to my dismay they were both complete soggy messes. I try them out anyway and something was off about the taste. Almost like something was mildly rancid. Yuck

Today I stopped for lunch and terrible costumer service. Made me feel like they where giving me and my friend the food for free as if we weren’t paying for our food. One of us asked for a melted sub and the lady gave me an attitude and threw it in the microwave which is not what I wanted nor where it was supposed to go. We felt very unwelcome there. Then when I went to pay I ordered a drink and didn’t receive a cup, so I asked for one and was given more attitude from a different lady. I will definitely not return or recommend this location. And maybe suggest some training on how you should treat costumers.

$ It’s a typical Subway. Not much different than any other. It was busy during our visit so it’s a guess the ingredients weren’t sitting in trays for extended periods of time. The manager appeared well organized and kept staff moving and processed orders quickly. However, even though the staff were masked, you’d never know by the patrons we were still in middle of a pandemic. In addition, the Google information says staff disinfects between visits but did not see any disinfecting or cleaning occurring in dining area. Ample parking but located oddly on a NW corner and required entering from east-west street coming from south. We came off I-90 per signage but after exit, didn’t know how far we had to travel to reach establishment and almost stopped elsewhere closer to interstate.
