subway is open until 9. if they are going to be open until that time, they should have all their menu items until then. i walked in at 8:30 pm and was told they only had a few white rolls left and they were out of the cheese i wanted. i went and purchased food somewhere else. great parking . . . because the lot is empty . . .

They keep bathrooms closed to public, only paying customers, but be prepared to wait for them to take their time to get the keys. Rude personality for both the cook and manager. If you make a comment about it, be prepared for them to cuss back at you and throw insults at you as you walk out the door. Horrible service and surprising that they are still open after seeing the reviews, probably same 2 people that don’t wash their hands and sit outside in parking lot for down time.

STAFF (black female) claims to be the manager (on the line making subs) (black male) in the back of store. VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL bathrooms locked for “paying customers only” We wanted to wash our hands before ordering, my husband hands the male his credit card only to get cursed at. So, we took our business next door, a taco place, that didnt have the restrooms locked! This is POOR Workmanship them two LOOKED LIKE THEY ARE NASTY AND DIRTY & locked the restrooms so they wouldn’t have to do their JOB & Clean!! PERIOD

The two employees were in the parking lot in a suv with a dog. When I pulled up, they got out and ran inside. I followed right behind. Neither washed their hands. The guy made me a sandwich wearing gloves thankfully. I watched the girl stand behind the food prep area and mess with her fingernails, throwing the fingernail ends in the trash. No hairnets, no hygiene, rating of D from the health department. Eat at your own risk!

I ordered 2 sandwiches for pick up around 6:08 pm. It said it was ready for pick up at 6:25 pm. We arrived at 6:20 pm and waited. Instead, the employee served 10 other customers, including those who came in after I did to pick up the sandwiches, before deciding to finally make the sandwiches I already prepaid for, taking 30 minutes of wait time. I demanded a refund instead of the sandwiches but was told he was only on his second day at subway and did not have the ability to refund me. He also said there were no managers on duty and that he was the only worker that day. Wasted my time and the sandwiches were not up to par. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Especially an understaffed and undertrained location in which the managers walk out and throw their own employees under the bus.

I just moved to the area and this was the first time going to this location. I placed an online order around 8:45pm, ready for pick up at 9pm. Store closes at 9:30pm, but the doors were locked when I got there a little before 9pm. They allowed me to get my food, but when I got home, I found that many things were missing.

Came back to Subway with a 599 footlong deal if you order online or through the app I tried it got my sandwich back opened it up and felt that 599 was just too much to pay literally. Ordering online even when you hit the more button they do not put enough stuff on it look like a little torpedo sandwich and it was crusty hard it was kind of gross I was very disappointed and really can’t say I’ll be back I think the only way to do it is to watch them make it and then be able to say no more of that little more of that little less of that otherwise they just throw together

The team tonight (3/23, 4:38pm) was amazing. I went into Subway with my 4 residents who have developmental disabilities tonight. It is always expected that chaos will ensue when we go out to eat, but it is a treat and experience that they deeply value. Staff tonight went above&beyond to accommodate us. They were kind, patient, outgoing, and fun to interact with. The chaos was still present, but it was not nearly as hard to juggle because of the respectful staff that were in tonight. I used to work at the Vadnais Heights Subway for over four years before I switched to caretaking. Because of that, I know how stressful it can get during dinner time. Thank you guys so much. Esp. guy w/ D name & blue name tag. It meant the world to us! (They even asked for the guys’ names and addressed them directly which is HUGE).
