Order online here didn’t know it was a hospital found the subway but security was very rude wouldn’t let me go in and get my food told me to call them and stand outside by the door I tried for 20 mins nobody picked up so paid for food I couldn’t get left very disappointed why have a subway here that accepts mobile orders

I’ve been here a few times and wouldn’t recommend going on the weekend. I ordered a sandwhich and asked for tomato about three times, the person put a bunch of mayonaisse which I didn’t ask for or want. I was not offered a new sandwhich & told her I asked for tomato not Mayo, she gave me an attitude and said yes this mayo, not understanding what I said. Finally I told her that’s not what I asked for, she wiped off some of the mayo with a knife. If I had an allergy this would’ve been a huge problem. I wasn’t going to say a thing. I submitted a complaint online & I came back the next day because I was given a coupon for a free drink to use IN RESTAURANT; & the worker said I needed a card coupon to redeem it. I told them I didn’t need a card that this was from a survey online with a code, she said she didn’t understand and got a co-worker. A man came up and I told him about my coupon for a free drink, he said they only do it online, but the survey clearly says it’s only accepted in restaurant. I told him this, he wouldn’t even look at my screen and he basically said he doesn’t know. Two disappointing experiences in one weekend. I’ve been here a few times during the week and they have never had issues.

Did a Door Dash call to let them know I wanted flat bread.. Phone hung up 3times On the third time the lady said see couldn’t do it it’s already made.. Maybe if she wouldn’t have hung up on me so many times I would have been able to get what I wanted…This is not customer service…This is laziness

You wouldn’t believe what happened tonight and you may not believe me, but me and a friend walked from our house to this specific subway to get some sandwiches after a long day of work and all of a sudden it DOWNPOURED. we never came to this subway before and Marcus stood up above and beyond to lead me and my hungry friend on the phone and even let us in when it was locked on the outside to get into their subway because we were confused on where it was located around the hospital. THANK YOU SO MUCH MARCUS FOR MAKING OUR NIGHT!!. I cannot appreciate you enough for doing such a generous thing, left a tip and a review for doing something nobody else would, you definitely deserved it.

I’m a traveler nurse at the hospital here and thought I would give it a try. I walk down to it and their doors are open but lights were all off. I saw an employee behind the sandwich counter so I walked in. Another employee is sleeping on a booth snoring so loud with an open bag of chips on him. The gal behind the counter was making herself a sandwich as she was telling me they were closed because they had no power. Their back room had all the lights on. Not impressed.

When I placed my order online, at no point was I informed that the restaurant was inside a hospital. (Just now, the website did say that it was inside a hospital and did not allow mobile ordering. I don’t know what changed.) The address given for this restaurant leads to a parking ramp on for the east building of the hospital. The actual restaurant is in the west building. I spent 15 minutes wandering the hospital and had to ask for directions three times, which was humiliating. After picking up my order, it took me another 15 minutes to find my way back to the parking ramp. Of course, this put me well outside the 15 minute grace period in the parking ramp, so I had to pay $6 for parking.

I used to work at the hospital and bought food here most days of the week. Everyone who worked here was amazing. I just bought something on grub hub and they had my order but apparently subway did not. I offered to send a pic of my order and tell it to her over the phone. Driver was nice but subway worker made it clear I would not be eating subway. Eventually I had to cancel my order

I don’t know if I have seen a place with worst customer service in my life, but this one is pretty up there. I was trying to get some coffee from the machine in the Subway and pressed the “full” button on the coffee machine, and it sprayed boiling water all over the place! I felt like my hand got burn. I’m guessing that the coffee machine needed a filter underneath it and it was missing an entire lower part, but I digress. I wasn’t mad about the issue. The women who made my sandwich came rush over to the machine spilling hot water everywhere onto the floor. Mind you she corrected my sauce choices when I said “sweet mustard” instead of “honey mustard” in a condescending manner, but I also will digress. What struck me the most though is what the woman did. She called out to a male employee for help. I know I don’t understand their language but I knew I heard a bit of English dialogue:
