Good experience. Used a coupon for 3 subs for 18. Just the basic ones. Still was 9 dollars off. Other subways won’t take coupons. Everything was fresh and good. Seemed better than what it used to be.

Signage is used to turn down select coupons. Somehow they use a list for coupons to be allowed, yet when I try to use a smaller coupon now my sandwiches qualify from the same list? Ended up $29 and change for 2 foot longs. No extras added, just two sandwiches for almost $30.

When ordering a particular sandwich on the subway series menu, they still continue to ask you what you want on your sandwich instead of making the particular sandwich you order. It’s like they don’t know the new subway series sandwiches on the menu. And every time i go to this store there seems to be a new person that has no idea how the make a sub. Ordered a couple sandwiches online for curbside pickup. Which this location does not accept coupons code. When I got home I realized that they had made a 6″ sub in substitution for one of my 12″ subs. I gave them a call to let them know that the order was incorrect and I would be in to pickup the other half. The owner said NO and proceeded to tell me that they needed to check the camera to confirm they made my sub wrong then they would call me to tell me to come in… I said no way I’m coming in now to pick up my other half. I’m assuming they checked the camera because they made the other half however, the owner started yelling at one of the workers “who made the sandwich”. After they made the sandwich the owner had the audacity to tell me that I needed to check the order… I’m literally paying you to “check the order”. Also they have 2 children (well behaved) that they make sit in the store while they work, which is sad.

I went to get a sandwich at this subway, the gentleman was nice enough but the women seemed very irritated. And I believe they own the buisness. But it has been told to us by previous employees that employees do not get the tips but the owners keep all tips. Checking out she’d asked me about a tip and I told her no tip, knowing what we’ve been told.

I had a terrible experience at this Subway this morning. I placed an order for pickup on my way to work and when I walked into the store the order was not there even though it said it was ready. The manager told me someone had already picked up my order even though I said it wasn’t me and they showed me a picture of someone picking up my order. They refused to remake my order or give me a refund even though I wasn’t the one to pick it up because all that mattered to them was someone had already taken it. This is very bogus now I’m running late to work with no lunch. Wish I could give 0 stars.

My first time ordering from this Subway during the pandemic. I’m only giving 4 stars because I’m on a salt restricted diet and everything is high in sodium. I got a delicious tuna loaded with veggies and peppers. Lightning fast service for me and my friend. We were the only customers in the restaurant. There were several cars in the drive thru which seemed to be moving at a smooth pace. We ate at a table outside the restaurant because at this time you still can’t sit inside any restaurant..

This Subway is about average. The employees are as dull as they get… Meaning no conversation above and beyond the minimum expectation. The building is old, and probably hasn’t been remodeled since the early 2000’s. Besides those two negatives this Subway always delivers exactly what I’m expecting, a delicious sandwich!
