Worst manager Stephenie.. she should not be in customer service.. my card was declined because I used the wrong one and she said ,” you probably couldn’t afford it anyway “! Yikes that was rude.. not to mention she shamed me because I was helping my kids pick their sandwiches and discouraging them to put too much meat on the sandwich because the last time it happened the staff failed to alert me of the $5 extra meat charge… she then lectured me for wanting mustard and mayo on my bread, stating that ” people with food allergies could have an issue with it” ? Huh.. isnt that what cleaning buckets and rags are for ? Then when I had enough she refused to service me..

Most of the time it’s fine but every time I get a Turkey Italiano, and it’s over charged?! Other than that it’s a 5 star. There’s no reason I should be paying extra meat when that’s not what I’m getting. It has happened three times with 2 specific employees. It is sad they are not considerate for their customers.

They made my sandwhich EXACTLY how i asked and were extremly polite and genuine the entire time. 5 star service and a perfect example of how good service should be. My reciept says served by 100, and i didnt catch the name. Great job.

Was hungry lobby closed but was still open but employee didnt serve or anything just ignored me at the window like i wasnt there. Very rude customer service. Dont eat there if the service is that bad.

Friendly staff and clean facility. Was nice to see staff wearing masks. Veggies were fresh, but bread was stale and absolutely disgusting. Wouldn’t stop here again because of that. Was nice to see charging and USB charging ports in the booths. I stayed away from the meat given Subway doesn’t carry 100% meat products and has fillers/biproducts.
