We arrived Sunday for lunch. At the time they had ZERO customers. Floors filthy. Table tops had crumbs on every table. Even a gum wrapper in the middle of the lobby. 3 employees not cleaning not even speaking to each other. It’s just gone downhill. I do not see myself going back. Plus my favorite sandwich must have changed (meatball) it just taste gross and I simply could not finish it. Fun fact on menu. 1 had fallen down and the staff had hung the others in the wrong order and no one either realized it or maybe did not care. 10, 11,12, 7,8,9, 4,5,6 and 3,2,1 were missing.

I ordered a couple sandwiches online for pick up at the 1207 S Tyler location in Wichita as we were leaving town. It was order EA632079-DO. My order was for a B.M.T Sub with LESS mustard. This was not a accidental mistake. Whoever was making sandwiches on 4/15/2022 at 3:49 obviously thought they were being funny. I’ll let the pictures tell the story.

I online ordered a wrap chips and a side of sauce along with another sandwich all Togo. It was about an hour before they closed. I had my bf go pick up the order. When he got home they did not package the sauce, or the chips, and the tortilla is so hard it’s like it had been sitting out for a day or more. *It actually cracked when I folded it.* I actually had to dismantle the wrap and put in on bread I had at home. In process of this I also realized it was Turkey instead of ham.. He ordered two chocolate chip cookies while he was there as well. When he got them home they were the white chocolate raspberry. Very disappointed in our experience today. Probably won’t be going back for a long time.

I’m a 3 strikes type of person. I will always give a place a try a second, and even a third time, after a bad experience. However, after the 3rd, I will never be back. Today was their 3rd. More so, all 3 strikes were in a row. First time I walk in and no one’s behind the counter. 2-3 people walk in and still no one around to help. Eventually we all left without being helped. Second time, I walk in and there’s several people waiting. Worker is in the back and lets everyone sit out there unhelped. Finally walks out and tells everyone the system is down. So we waited 5-10 min JUST to find out the systems down? Should’ve been the first thing he told people as they walk in. Today, last strike, I go in and stand in line. Get up to the front and I tell the lady I want Italian herbs and cheese bread. She THEN tells me all they have is wheat then proceeds to pull a loaf out like I didn’t have a choice. Nope! I left. That’s something you should tells customers as they walk in or at least when they are in line, NOT when they finally get up to be helped! Not going back to this location!

So we went to a closer Subway that evening and unfortunately this location at Central and ridge only had wheat bread. We realized subways close at 9:00 and we still had 20 minutes to make it to the Tyler location. We arrived into our surprise we still had 15 minutes and the doors were locked. A staff member approached the door and informed my son-in-law they were closed. No reason for closing 15 minutes early and really left me feeling unsettled about that. I believe any restaurant should still stay open till their hours and at least if they were short on something off for something different I mean there wasn’t even that option. It made me feel like I needed to call their main office the next day. I didn’t call and I actually forgotten about it but doing this review it was meant for me to at least say something about it. I’ve worked restaurants you never close early.

The Subway on Tyler close to Kellogg was horrible. First of all the woman behind the counter had the doors still locked at 10:30. After we went in I was asking about the cookies and she was so rude and this is when I finally looked at her she was so sweaty and had black eye make up running under her eyes. Then we left the Subway and I realized my phone was dead so I went to plug it in and the owner of Subway pulled up and told us to leave his property that I was not going to run up his electricity. Very rude ugly people. I wouldn’t chance it go to another one.

Not a good experience. Stopped by after family photos to get a quick meal to go and they were out of some many toppings but didn’t say anything in until we got to them. Had I know before the sandwiches were made we would have went elsewhere.
