I ordered two 12 inch Turkey subs yesterday at this location. When I got home and began eating one of the sandwiches, I noticed that the turkey tasted different than it usually does. I opened the sandwich and noticed that different turkey was on the sandwich. I then unwrapped and opened the second sandwich and the same different turkey was on that sandwich too. What I believe happened is that the Subway worker put turkey meat from a grocery store on the sandwiches. It sort of looks like Hormel turkey. It is not Subway turkey with the brown caramel color on the edges. The meat was also square shaped. I have no idea why this happened. You can obviously not put meat from a grocery store on sandwiches when the turkey runs out or any other time. This is really bad and makes me scared to go back to that location. I am sure everyone knows this, but there are people with certain food allergies that check the nutrition facts and the ingredients listed before purchasing a sandwich. This is a health issue. The guy who used to work there at night was just mean; these new people are nice and friendly, and then proceed to flat out break the law. Subway is a privately held company. They will make corrections when they are forced to. Things have gotten better since I wrote this review. In my opinion, Chick-fil-A is the most respectable privately held fast food restaurant. The thing that keeps Subway going, in my opinion, is that they have the healthiest menu. As the saying goes, “with great power (or, in this case, great healthy food) comes great responsibility. It just kind of saddens me what could Subway could be if they took the correct moral business initiative in everything that they do. Healthy fast food is great and hard to come by; diversity and inclusion is just as great. In my opinion, the final step would be to not try to take advantage of any customer, and not try to cut corners. I firmly believe that if you have healthy food, great employees, at least a reasonable price and you treat customers the way you would want to be treated, that is the ultimate business. Subway doesn’t “fry” anything. Sadly, as of right now, it just doesn’t seem like we have a business that knows how to make that work. In closing, there might be some people that may or might say that “ business just doesn’t work that way”. Well, I believe that is what you call a business; a real business. FDR once said:“Don’t tell me that it cannot be done”.

This place is supposed to close at 9 but I was turned away when I walked in at 8:24. The guy said he was working alone and had to close. I’ve worked fast food and that was never acceptable. If you have to close by yourself, you stay late. The store lost a lot of customers tonight. I saw him turn away 4 customers in just a couple minutes.

I eat here a lot as I work close to the facility, I always have great service, and for the most part quick service. I always order the pizza as I am not big on cold subs. OMG, the pizza is to die for. If you haven’t tried it, you should. I have been coming to this location now for almost 7 years, never disappointed….

The guy that works in the evening is absolutely the worst. After rudely helping the couple in front of me I inquired about my online order and he said that I had to turn in a coupon to get my order. I explained to him that I ordered online with a promo code and he said, “No you used a coupon. I need it.” After a lengthy argument over promo code vs coupon, and the fact that I had already PAID for my meal he relented and realized his mistake. As he handed me my order across the counter, he double downs and says, “Next time bring your coupon.” I laughed and replied, “I have better idea. I’ll just never step foot in here again.”

Appears clean. Wait staff courteous, efficient; and food on standard with other Subways. Be careful paying with card; I was having difficulty and the guy reached up saying you have to push this first, touching screen. Afterward, looking at receipt, I noticed he had given himself a 20% tip, calculated after tax was added. I do usually tip, but the amount, and if done at all, should be my choice. Not just taken from me!!!

I was not pleased with this location! Once my daughter and I walked in over to the ordering place, the man working there did not greet us, acknowledge or say anything to us. I proceeded to order our food because my daughter wanted to try Subway for the first time….Customer service was terrible!

Most unsanitary Subway I have ever been to! Employees not wearing masks, employee used wrapping paper to write on then wrapped my sandwich with the dirty paper after I asked for a clean piece. Not my first bad experience here, never again at this location.

I don’t even want to give this place a 1. This is now at least the second time when I have picked up an order and it’s missing my drink. Went back to get it and the employee refused to give it to me, called the manager and “KP” refused to give it too. Even though I have a RECEIPT! Unbelievable. I will NEVER go to this location again. And you bet I WILL be going to see KP first thing in the morning to either get my money or the drink.
